My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way back through New Hampshire. Our apps and my drink were great and came out promptly. Our server was friendly. Not sure what happened after the apps, a five top that came in while we were eating our apps received their meal before ours, which was slightly frustrating. I ordered ribs, mashed and corn due to them being out of chicken pot pie. My food was luke warm at best, my boyfriends bun was completely burnt on the inside, talking black. We had a few bites. Server didnt ask what was wrong with the food, just asked if we wanted boxes and brought us the check. I waited for someone to take the check finally went to the front door where the manager (Im assuming) took the check. I made him aware that the meal itself was unsatisfactory. After about 5 minutes he came back with my card and said your all set. I wanted to sign the receipt and leave our server a tip. He informed me he comped our meal, no apology...it was like I was a bother to this man. Thanks for comping my meal, really just would have liked someone to acknowledge that they screwed up and be geninuinly apologetic. We will never come here again. The manager needs to be more focused in what is going on in his restaurant and focused on customers, and less worried about sitting down outside socializing. Totally unimpressed and do not recommend the establishment whatsoever.

I recently visited for the first time and was disappointed. I ordered the steak salad and had a difficult time making sense of the presentation. I received 6 full stocks of romaine (untrimmed) with random sliced hard-boiled eggs and blue cheese sprinkled on top. The steak was fatty and need significant trimming which I did not have room because of the gigantic stocks of lettuce. It was certainly not an $18 meal. My dining companions did not enjoy the fish and chips. The fish had significant breading and wasnt palatable. Both of the people who ordered the fish and chips received signifcally different amount of fries. One had a mountain of fries and the other a normal portion of fries. The waitress couldnt answer simple questions about the beer options or items on the menu and didnt make any attempt to get any answers. All in all it was a complete disappointment. The only positive was the atmosphere which was very nice and modern.

We were seated and waited 15 minutes for a waitress. Note, there were 8 empty tables surrounding us, and at least 5 waitress on staff. After ordering drinks we got them quickly and had our order taken. 20 minutes for apps, all cold, then wrong orders given. At this point still no utensils, refills, or service. Had to get our own utensils and order drinks at the bar. Waitress finally came back and brought check. Terrible place, first and last time well go. Just very uninviting, decor is bland, and staff is terrible. Go to warrens or the locos up the road.

This was our second visit to The Farm and both were very good. Tasty food, great staff, nice rotating selection of craft beer. We really liked the bite sized fried mozzarella...much nicer to eat! One minor suggestion...please provide a plate with the fajita entree. I was given the sizzling pan and a plate with all of the fixings, but no dinner plate. I didnt want to eat over the table, so I requested one. Maybe instruct your servers to double up the fixing plate when bringing the food out...problem solved.

The taste of the food was really amazing, but we still had some complaints. Half of our silverware and appetizer plates werent clean. 3 of us got the chicken pot pie and agreed it tasted great, but didnt have enough chicken, and mine still had parchment paper when I started eating it. Thankfully, the manager was really nice and took the meal off the bill. I would still recommend this restaurant. Its also great for families. If you come here, you HAVE TO get the BBQ nachos!

Great food, Great service, and Great atmosphere. My fiancé and i went out with a friend and his fiancé and they brought us here for dinner. The food was great and the beer was cold. I was very happy with the portions as they were a very generous. The only hiccup and my buddies order didnt come out on time and our waitress immediately gave us a round on the house for the inconvenience. I would love one of these in the South Portland area!

The food was okay but the service sucked. Forgot about my clam chowder, came out room temperature. After I asked for my soup. Then the burger came out with no cheese after we specifically asked. Asked for pickles on the side, came on top, then she says, oh you can just take them off. Then she actually came back to tell us the non-existent cheese was on the burger. It was not. Wouldnt come again.

The food was delicious ,however the service was not. We were told 20 min wait so we waited..15 mins later we were seated and 30 mins after that we finally was asked for drinks..15 mins later we were asked about dinner....40 mins later we received food. The waiter was acting as though he did not have time for us. Very poor service but we will go back again and try...maybe they had an off day

Got the burger special. People who came in after us got their food before us. We ordered cheese on our burgers and it came out without it so we asked for cheese and they slapped a piece on it and sent it back out....so disappointed. The first time I came here everything was good....so everything sucks this time

the atmosphere is nice - - clean and cozy. initially, the menu didnt really pique my interest so i settled for something on the specials menu. turned out both my entree and my friends was extremely delicious. my waitress was friendly, but other staff interactions exceeded expectations. overall a great experience.

We stumbled upon through Groupon, so glad we did!!! The restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and attentive, and the food was awesome!!! I got the cranberry walnut chicken salad wrap with fries. It had just the right amount of mayo so not to be sloppy or dry. A place worth driving to.

Very poor service. Took 30 minutes for us to be asked what we wanted to drink. Another 30 minutes for what we want to eat. Let me add that there were only three other tables. Food is overpriced. Ill admit the pictures of the food look great, but its really not good at all.

Surprised how great the food was here. Some of the best nachos Ive had (pulled pork was very good and smoked in house) and fries were delicious (cut on site and tasted like they do at 5 Guys). Friendly staff, and seating out on the deck was very nice too.

Meh last time I was in service was horrible and my wife had projectile vomiting afterward that seemed to be foodborne. Other times the food has been ok, its burgers and beer, but my wife has written it off since the last visit.

Poor service and they were not that busy. Did not receive complete meal and had to keep asking for pieces. Never did get what the menu said we should. Previous experience was great, very disappointed with this visit.

The food is good and they have quality service people. They have a smallish amount of beers but make up for it with rotating beer selection. It seems to be recently constructed. Somewhat modern with antique styling.
