Im not sure what happened to this place. My wife and I drove out for lunch. I called ahead to make sure they were open but got an answering machine so I assumed they were too busy to take calls. When we arrived it was closed and had been since they took a winter break. It looked like the grounds were being cared for. We asked some neighbors and they said the owners were looking for new management. If you decide to try it sometime in the future be sure and call ahead and make sure you talk to a live person. I would hope they update the answering machine with some indication of when they might re-open. I hate to give anything a low rating but I guess this gets one star until something changes.

Nice local cafe open year round. We picked up blueberry muffins, blueberry pancakes, and a cheese/chive quiche. Everything was tasty, but the pancakes were best (even though I had a bite of concentrated baking soda!). Stopped by another day for a quick lunch. Everything was fresh and delicious, including the chicken salad sandwich, smoked salmon sandwich and the grilled cheese sandwich. The home fries were also good. Service was very friendly. Glad we stopped in for lunch.

I have been sitting in this restaurant for 20 minutes. There are 8 small tables, 4 have food, and 2 people are taking orders and serving. I have almost been given another tables food and have yet to be given a menu or water. I am invisible!
