Absolutely the worst experiences Ive had with fast food. Mc Donalds doesnt f**k up this much and they have a reputation for awful service. For the last six visits Ive had to the Popeyes in walker they have managed to mess up one thing or another. I am the customer, I shouldnt have to walk back into the store from the drive thru to show them how they f**ked up. They dont even say sorry, they correct the mistake and thats the end of it. I order spicy chicken legs every time and they always f**k up my order or give me someone elses order. Can you believe that? They continuously make mistakes. The next time this happens I will go in there, ask for the manager, and tell the worker to," do your f**king job." Thanks for the great service Popeyes of Walker. You POS.

Seems like every time I go there every couple of weeks, they are out of Spicy and tell me I can have the mild or can wait 15 minutes for the spicy chicken. Out of the 30 or 40 times Ive been there, I dont think my order was correct in about half the times. Usually wrong. I hate to hold up the line in the drive-thru, but now I check EVERYTHING before I pull away. When I point something out as wrong with the order, I get rolled eyes and short answers and attitude. And dont ever ask for a gallon of their sweet tea. Almost every time they give me unsweet. Terrible service.

I spent over fifty dollars in food through the drive thru window. I asked for red beans with no rice. I revived two containers less than one third of the way filled with nothing but the gravy off beans. There was maybe 4 beans in each container. One of the mashed potatoes was filled one third of the way full. I can assure you I wont waste money there anymore. They were always my choice because of their quality. Not anymore.

Great service Great managers they greet you and pay attention to each customer and their needs chicken is always Great there consistent taste and all workers have excellent attitudes also they were extremely great with the elderly people opening the door making sure they got seated and made sure the order was accurate I eat there everyday and its not by accident keep up the greet work

My son and i came to popeyes in walker and was amazed on this one worker her name was shannon long dark hair she is the best worker ive seen in this place ever had the best attitude and made sure eveyone wad noticed as soon as they walked in. She is a rare breed hope she stays i will always come back if this girl works there

Had a dead roach in my drink that I found after drinking the drink. When I called them about it they said that it must have fallen in the ice bin when the pest control person was there the day before. They offered me a free drink and meal for my inconvenience. This was from the manager!

The employees greeted you when you walk in. The food was fresh and their Cajun rice was one of the best I tasted in a while. Highly recommended this Popeyes for your lunch or dinner plans.
