The place was empty at 9am and I had to wait to be waited on. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude. The soda machine half the sodas were out. When my order was ready she didnt give me syrup. I had to go up and again waited. I didnt have to ask she knew already. Upon leaving I used the bathroom. What a disgusting mess. It was either crap or tobacco all over the toilet seat. I didnt bother to tell her because it wasnt worth the wait. I dont live in the area but if I ever go to this Jack in the box EVER AGAIN

Worst experience.. waited 45 minutes in the drive thru to recieve drinks with no ice and a wrong order... pulled around to go inside to correct it and we are greeted with bad attitudes and the Manger yelling at the staff I front of everyone... fixed my sandwich by replacing it with a cold one and still no ice in our drinks. When I said nevermind please just return my money I was given even more attitude and waited another 10 minutes to have it returned with "have a nice day"

Hit or miss, just like almost all fast food joints. When this store is slow, the food and service are great. When they are slammed, I find that they are usually very understaffed and the workers are so poorly equipped to handle the load that they wheels fall off pretty hard. The managers are usually stout, but theres only so much any one person can do. Not bad, overall, but I dont stop when they are busy.

Im waiting in line and its been 25 mins. I still havent gotten my food yet!!!!. The drive through is packed. If i could back up i would but there is three cars behind me. .I will never return back to this Jack in the box...I may just pass up the pay window and go somewhere else and get me something else to eat when these damn cars move...this is ridiculous....A Bad Rating...Horrible

Worst service long wait not enough people working the ones who is there are slow and unprofessional. Absolutely no since pf urgency. 25 minutes for the wrong food. Just horrible serving old chicken to me store# 334 will not be getting my business or my friend and family business again. I promise. 5 unhappy customers.

Only been here a couple of times, but each time I was told that they didnt have something that I ordered and Id have to pick something else. The wait is pretty long as well. Getting out can be a nightmare since theres no traffic light.

Be careful! The foods GREAT, their Oreo Cookie Shakes are even BETTER, but **BEWARE OF THE CASHIERS** ......... they try & rip you off $1 or$2 each time they give you your change!!! (They think their pretty slick)

Waited about 15min for the food to be ready, and when it did arrive, it definitely wasnt worth the price. The bathrooms were decently clean, just a little dark, which is awkward.
