Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would this place needs better management with better attitudes. My whole experience with them started off wrong. First I pull up to the drive thru and the lady tells me to hold on for a minute and a minute turned into ten minutes then I ordered my food and she didnt even bother to repeat my order back to me and she told me to pull up to the window with an attitude right then and there I should have left but i stayed and waited a little longer. When I get to the window the lady that appeared to be the manager was the rude lady that I spoke with on the speaker and she just had this nasty attitude as if she hated her job. Then I get my food and check it and there is mayonnaise on my burger when I clearly asked her for no mayo and I asked her not to put salt on my fries and she did anyways. I didnt make a big deal about the salt but I dont like mayo so I brought the burger back and she is rolling her eyes and just grabs the burger without apologizing at all. Then I get another burger but this time it didnt have onions which I clearly paid extra for the onions so instead of asking for the burger back to put the onions on it she hands me a small box with onions in it. Im so pissed about the situation because as a manager she should have been more apologetic and not have an attitude like it was my fault that they cant get my order right. I will never go back to this location again and I wouldnt recommend going here they hate their jobs and they dont care that we the customers are the reason that they are even getting a paycheck. Im a store manager myself and I always tell my employees that the customers write your check. They need to do some serious retraining and they need to fire that bitter manager they have working in there.

I drove up to the drive-though speaker and it took them a little over 3 minutes to even acknowledge I was there. It was 10:30 at night and there was no one in front of me. I clearly asked for Onion Rings, not Fries, twice. What did I get? Fries. Ordered a number 5 (BK Stacker) combo. Seriously?!!! That thing is tiny! I got home and felt very ripped off. Even if I were to ever eat Burger King again, I would at the very least steer clear of this location like the plague.

This location is very unreliable, over the 5 times that have attempted to pick up food there workers close windows and ignore drive thru orders and just close doors and stop servicing. Truly a miracle how this stays open or makes a profit , it deserves to get shut down. Having workers on the clock not doing their job is pathetic.

Terrible food service I ask 4 a spicy chicken sandwich and what I got was a single piece of old lettuce that had black on it, a little squirt of mayonnaise ,and some old chicken patty that looks like it was just defrosted it was unedabal. BK is dropping frm 1 to 0 if they dont pick up slack
