Worst experience. Waited 8 mins for the cashier to even respond. Cashier had music so loud she couldnt hear me and all I could hear was blaring music. Guy in front of us yelled for her to take off her music so he and she could hear each other. Then after several attempts to take my order, she tells me to just order at the window. Again, I explained that at the speaker box all you could hear is music. She was very rude and also her manager as well. Also, There was a small child behind the register eating french fries with the headset listening to the orders. I guess in Baton Rouge you can take your child to work with you?!?! I seriously just left. I also have video of this experience and Im exposing it because this is unacceptable. Whats wrong with these people? And they want higher pay! What a joke!

It was the worst service that I ever had the cashier was rude she never even put a smile on her face there were two customers just hanging out inside they were very rude the food was cold on top of my order wasnt even right after spending $40 in there I will never go back and the bathrooms were disgusting!!!

The food is really good staff are very friendly and they get your order right most of the time. :) The only bad thing I didnt like when I went the floors were sticky and my shoes were sticking to the floor. But other than that my experience every time I ate here was great.

I absolutely love Whataburger, except for this one. My problem is the service with the drive-thru. They take FOREVER!! And while ordering they are very quick to assume you are done ordering. The drive through it just terrible. DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU!!!

Whataburger is known for rich, juicy burgers, higher than average prices, and longer than average wait times - this location is no different. If you have the extra 10 minutes and $3-5 bucks, Whataburger is definitely worth it. I love the spicy ketchup, too!

Great hamburger! Not as fast as other "fast food" chains but a few min wait is well worth a quality burger. Plus, they have the best ketchup packages for dipping fries or onion rings.

Staff very friendly, store always clean .. we drive from Laplace to Gonzales at least twice a month, just to go to whataburger .. prices are great for the amount of food you get
