It took us an hour and ten minutes to order and receive our food. The place was incredibly understaffed which made lines slow and service tired. The floor was decently dirty but had no noodles on it. The food was good, but a bit cold and bland. I had to speak to a manager at one point, she was very kind and helped immediately. Be prepared for a long wait in line!

Long, slow-moving lines. Employees with dont-give-a-darn attitudes. Very high prices for what you get. This place would never be able to survive a month in the outside world. Bring your food in a cooler and go out to your car to eat lunch or dinner for a healthier, faster, and much less aggravating experience.

Lackluster food for a horribly long hour wait. Unclean, unkept, and uncaring staff added to the experience. The only positive part of the resturant was the working exit door. Waste of time, space, and the opportunity of a good meal.

Terrible service. It took 10-20 minutes to order and an additional 45 minutes for our food to be ready. We ordered a burger and added bacon and didnt get the bacon. Unless you physically cant go anywhere else, dont go here.

Service sucked, food was cold, they had ketchup packets laying on the floor. Just an awful experience, will NEVER eat there unless something drastically were to change

The food was the best and it was the bomb ,and the line is long but but the more patient you are the faster the line will go.
