They shoved all our food in one bag broke a lot of our food. They put our delights in a CUP and not in a box like it as ssupposed to be in. The guacamole was not even filled all the way. Asked for nachos and it didnt come like was supposed to. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Rude rude people. There is NO CHEESE on my burrito like i asked. My tacos are broken. Everything was SMASHED down like a game of tetris. We paid extra for guacamole and you would think they would fill up the container since it was extra barely anything in it at all. The food was lazily wrapped and smashed. There was nothing on the crunch wrap. Just bread and lettuce. We had to give our food to the dog.. .

This is by far the slowest, rudest, incorrect order serving Taco Bell I have been to in my entire life. Have been going there, due to the vicinity to my house, for the last 4 years. After the rude staff messed up my order tonight, they acted like i was tryimg to come back and scam them out of the item they forgot. Yea, I really wanted to turn around and drive back to the worst Taco Bell in the country, again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

This was the second time Ive been ingnorer in the drive through at night. It wasnt until I called the store that they attended to the car infront of me and myself after 10 minutes of waiting. As I paid, the cashier crumpled up my receipt and threw it out. Assuming so I didnt get the survey. No worries, theyll get a phone call in the morning. I was just going to get a couple soft tacos until they pissed me off. Enjoy making half the menu.

I drove up at 8:35 pm to dine in on a Tues. The door says 9:00 pm. Please change the times on the door if you are going to close at 8:30 pm. There is no excuse. With that said this is by far one of the worst Taco Bells in the country, and Ive been to a lot of them from Florida all the way to the PNW. Save your money and go eat at one of the other fast food joints off of Airline.

Although when I went it was very slow service and they were packed it took a bit of a while to get through the drive threw but ordering and getting through the line to the window the employee by the name Larry was patient and very polite and I advice he gets praised to the extent because he is an incredible employee. Thank you

Havent been to Taco Bell in forever. This is by far The most horrible Taco Bell ever, cold food, stale shells, sucky service. Where is the manager????They couldnt even get the sauces correct. If these people dont want to work then leave. Will never go here again, dont do it!!!!!

Horrible service....after sitting in a line for 15 minutes a staff member came outside and put a sign on the speaker stating they were closing due to not enuff staffing.....he never told anyone, spoke to anyone waiting, apologized, absolutely nothing. Ridulous

I sat in line for 30 min and the way the drive through is, you are stuck and cant get out. With 3 kids in the car and them screaming that they are hungry it can get a little hectic. Dont call it a fast food restaurant if your gonna take 30 min...
