Not only are these some of the nicest people to work with, their treats are usually fantastic!! In 10/2016 bought a 14-layer Chocolate Doberge Cake and it was the hit of the party!! So many people in our office had never had this type of New Orleans delicacy, that everyone wanted to try it. Moist, delicious and they use European chocolate which is the perfect balance of sweetness and rich chocolate taste. On a second visit in 2/2017, I requested a (special order) cream-filled king cake. It was the BEST king cake Ive ever had in my life. She overstuffs the cream cheese and I think adds almond extract. It was like king cake crack. Addictive.

We ordered an French Almond Buttercream cake for my moms 90th birthday. The cake was absolutely delicious and most beautifully decorated. Everyone at the party raved about the cake. This has become my "Go To" bakery. With regards to the price, when looking at it on a per slice basis, the cake was basically $1 slice. One of my relatives at the party mentioned that she paid triple that price for a similar cake (that was not as good). So to those who say the price is high, I would suggest that you should shop around. You are not going to find this quality at anywhere near this price anywhere else.

Incredible food. Price is high but worth it considering other options. Honest business owners also. Updated review: unfortunately my loyalty has changed some. The lack of typical business smarts they have gone to a cash only system. I wish they would invest in their business and improve basic systems.

The almond buttercream cake is to die for. Always enjoy stopping in here on my days off just to get a few things here and there. Almond crescents are wonderful. Lemon cookies are delicious. Anything you get there will taste wonderful. People are always so friendly. Great people and great food.

Friendly and very patient staff. My wife and I have been going to FOM for years and have never been dissatisfied. Our only problem is deciding what to get, so we just get a collection of 2-3 of nearly everything in the case. We also get our birthday cakes there and they are beyond awesome.

EVERYTHING is amazing. Never been to a bakery that was so consistently good. Birthday cake? Delicious. King cake? Almond-y heaven. Cookies? Yes please. Mini cakes? Keep then coming. I moved away and we still get F.O.M. goodies shipped to us.

The most excellent-tasting cheesecake ever! We got a strawberry cheesecake from FOM for our wedding. It turned out being a wonderful layered cake (cheesecake on top of cake). Very delicious! :)

Best chocolate mouse cake in the world! Feeds more people than you think. This is the best bakery in Slidell!! Do note, however, that they do not decorate cakes like Walmart.
