I am sorry to have to write this but my family visited our location last Friday and it was an awful experience. The service was just not there at all. The lady who prepared our soups put bacon on my husbands soup after I had told her several times no bacon, cheese only. Then another associate cut me off walking to the restroom and then let the heavy door slam on me. Just very inconsiderate of the customers. We have visited many times and never had service quite this bad. I feel like some new training needs to take place and rejuvenate the employes. Corporate please help our Mandeville, LA location.

Went in to order two omelets to go... It took about 20 minutes and though I expected it to be quicker, I wasnt complaining. The place wasnt busy and there was no one in front of me so I did wonder what was taking the food so long. The hostess was nice enough to offer me a $10 giftcard because of the wait though. Totally unexpected and a very nice gesture to make up for the long wait. I enjoy La Madeleines food and this longer than normal wait certainly wouldnt have prevented me from returning, but the nice gesture makes me want to return to this location in particular.

Went in dog tired 2/28/15, brought in my laptop. Had great service. Then, tired as I was after a trip to and from Lafayette, then to Mandeville, I left my laptop in the bathroom. Some kind soul turned it in and I called in a panic after Id arrived back in New Orleans 40 minutes later. They had it, and the manager locked it in their safe at my request. Im going to get it today. Loved the open "fireplace," and sat by it as I used my laptop. Food and service was fine and the rest was a miracle.

this is one of the most unprofessional restaurants in the mandeville area. their food was terrible and i got fodod poisoning. the workers are rude and have no sense of cleanliness tables stayed dirty from the time i got there until after i left. management was horrible employees were sitting around playing on their phones while customers were waiting for service. I WILL NEVER SPEND AOTHER PENNY AT THIS RESTAURANT !!!

Great food, okay service for what you pay for. You walk down a buffet line in order to pick out what you want, if its already made or can be made right in front of you, you carry it to the table, if not after you pay they deliver it to your table. They have a great selection of food, and the deserts are great!

Ya I ordered the roasted vegetable Sandwhich with pasta and was like "theres no meat on it right?" and the lady said "no theres no meat" but they gave me the pesto chicken Sandwhich with the right pasta like how could you mess that up

Very good food, pretty fast service, only negative is the portion sizes are massive. But then again, thats not a terrible thing. Ive tried sandwiches and pastries and havent been disappointed with anything there yet.
