We have been eating here for the past two years and have never had a bad meal. We eat the fried turnovers, Siu Mai, Ha Gow,Shrimp Siu Mai, fried shrimp balls, shrimp and pork wonton, flat rice noodle w/beef and gai-lan. We have had dim sum in Orange County, Ca, Houston, New Orleans and Saigon, RVN and the Dim Sum Restaurant in Baton Rouge on Delcourt Ave. is the best. The food is always great wheather the place is empty or full of people. My two year old granddaughter loves all the above also, and she cant be wrong.

Absolutely the best Chinese food in Baton Rouge, and you havent had spring rolls until youve had them here. I took off one star because the fryer oil needed changing (spring rolls were extremely greasy), and the owners children were disruptive (this is the second time Ive been here, and both times the children were yelling and playing with LOUD devices).

This honestly doesnt deserve one star. The food was nearly inedible. The service was almost non-existent. Even we payed our bill- the fortune cookies were stale (Ive NEVER had that happen before). Definitely a place past its prime and not worth your business. I hope this saves others from mistaking it as a good restaurant like the reviews claim.

Found this by looking up best places to eat. The outside doesnt look too appealing when you first come, but the staff and food is great. Its whats on the inside that matters most right? ;) Try the Sweet Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaves(1), Siu Mai (4) and Shrimp Siu Mai (4) and for dessert get the Banana Rolls (2) with Ice Cream. :)

OH MY GOD Do NOT let the appearance fool you. Inside the seemingly poor building is a very clean and upscale looking interior with awesome decorations. The food is phenomenal. Its not necessarily quick but its so worth it. Absolutely amazing with a kind staff. If you can find better dumplings or curry vermicelli, come find me.

This place is not only cheap and very tasty but it is the only traditional Chinese restaurant in Baton Rouge. They have a full dim sum menu as well as many things like whole steamed chicken and and duck that require an order up to 24 hours in advance. Very, very good.

I cannot wait to go back here for lunch. Their food is awesome, well varied, and the staff are helpful and courteous. They have traditional dim sum dishes along with more mainstream noodle dishes if you are not feeling too adventurous.

Unexpectedly fantastic food. We expected the typical Chinese food that you can get most anywhere. This is more like a speakeasy. -1 star for overall cleanliness. The facility could use a touch up. The food is still fantastic!!!!

Great Cantonese style food at decent prices. The Dim Sum dishes are excellent. If you like American-style chinese food ask for the menu behind the counter. They will fix you whatever you like.

Everything was on point from the beginning. The waiter was the best I have ever experienced. His attention to detail and his personality make this guy #1 in my book. Every item of food.

Dim Sum is arguably my favorite restaurant in Baton Rouge. Ive been coming here since I was a child and I feel like family when Im there. The service and food are consistently top tier.

Great food, you actually order from a pictures menu instead of worker with a foods cart going from table to table, at lunch time foods ordered can be a little slow coming out

Authentic Dim sum with everything cooked fresh. Place looks abandoned but we figured we were there already there so lets go in. Very glad we did. We will go back!

Friendly staff and some of the best chinese food ive ever had. This place doesnt look 5 star, but were it lacks in looks, it makes up for it in service and food.

Went for the dumplings on a recommendation. Kind of out of the way, but worth the trip! Got three types of dumpling, all quite tasty at reasonable prices.

The service was not the best, but the food definitely makes up for it. Everything I had was amazing and reasonably priced. The tea was also very good.
