Have a rewards card with a reward for a free Pick 2 online/app order only. Waited to the last day before expiring. Tried to order online--Panera Bread website was down for "maintenance". Waitied until the last minute of my lunch break and went to the cafe to see what their solution would be. The cashier said she didnt know what to do and went to the store manager. The cashier came back and said "sorry, nothing can be done until the website comes up." The manager did not come out and discuss this herself, there was no offer to extend the deadline of the Pick 2 reward, and basically a very poor attitude to what was clearly a Panera Bread company problem. Then when I asked to speak to the manager directly the cashier made a disgusted look and went back to the office. After waiting serveral minutes, what I assumed was the manager (she never introduced herself), came out and handed me a business card and stated: "These are the numbers to my boss and the home office" and then she walked off. Very poor attitude and service at this establishment in my opinion. The food is mediocre at best and with poor service now too. Pity.

Panera Breads corporate of headquarter should fix this locations serving quality.I have been there first time on stop of my trip from Texas to Florida.during busy lunch time there was only 1 cashier and waiting time in line was so long also light roast and dark roast coffee was all the times out.I told them I need coffee guy went to make it and than after 20 minutes I went back to get some coffee but still there wasnt coffee.I told them again .one employee said only 10 minutes need to get serve coffee again.was very unsatisfied with locations serving to customer.

To go i Got a you pick two: bacon turkey bravo and a Fuji chicken salad. No cheese on the sandwich. No apple chips in the salad. I wanted chips instead of bread but she didnt offer side options. When I asked if I could get chips she rolled her eyes and said "sure!" I believe her name was Candy. Very very rude. Everyone check your order while at the counter or youll probably get jipped. HIRE NEW PEOPLE AND FIRE THE RUDE EMPLOYEES!! Panera in BR is going down the toilet!

I will not go back. I got a mocha and added peanut butter, the lady told me I would need to blend it myself. Then once I got the drink and left I realized the peanut butter was just put in the cup at the bottom of the drink. It was a disaster, having to go home blend it up myself and the drink after all the whip cream was removed; the drink filled only half of the cup. Also the macaroni and cheese I bought tasted old. I spent $12; I learned my lesson.

Very rude service. Do not try to call in an order, they want you to place orders online so that they do not have to actually try to be decent or have human contact. If they ever actually answer the phone they will tell you to go online to order!!!! On top of that the people who work there are careless and flippant and when you place a drive up order they do not tell you a total until you pull up, yet expect payment to be ready. NOT IMPRESSED

Im not sure why the rating isnt over 4 starts, because I had the most glorious lunch I have had all week. Half n half pinini and soup, and service was great. I informed the order taker Id never been here, and that I wanted a pinini. He recommended two of their top selling, and kindly explained that I cant get a soup as a side, but rather two half portions. I WILL eat here again.

Great place to pick up a latte and muffin. Beware of dirty tables everywhere if dining in (several occasions - even nonpeak hours). Generally relaxing atmosphere encourages a meandering visit. Tight area to shoe-horn your vehicle through; parking is easier in back but inconvenient to door. Visited several times (Oct 2016-Jan 2017).

Never stocked on pastries and are always out of TOMATO BASIL BREAD. Compared to all of the Paneras I have traveled to, this has been the worst. They need to step their game up and keep their items stocked! Also please come to the counter more often, people like to place their order and not wait on someone to take it

Had the worst experience ever today at the Baton Rouge location. We drive an hour there and back twice a week to get take out. They messed up 3 of our four orders. When we called the manager refused to help us at all. He was a total jerk. Never eating there again!

I love the brand, but the recipes at this location arent very consistent in size or ingredients. The store is clean and the service is quick. The Wi-Fi is hit-or-miss, so dont plan to get work done here. Sometimes it doesnt work.

Before the BR location, went to the NOLA location. Have been @ the BR location only a couple of times, both during cool weather. Very good place for soups. Will want to return during warm/hot weather to have salads here.

I love Panera, BUT NOT IN BATON ROUGE. The service is always awful, the food sloppy, and they seem to be out of something every time we go. Lastly the bread is ALWAYS HARD. How? Isnt that what Panera is all about???

Servers used to be welcoming and friendly. The food is good but the teenage boys serving and taking orders on August 4, 2016 around 4:00 PM, had really snotty attitudes, condescending. Awful! I dont want to go back.

Standard Panera Bread. Everything is good but not great including the prices. With that said, Im very glad that the Tomato Basil Bread and the Turkey Bacon Bravo sandwich were introduced to me at an early age.
