Its a disgrace for this place to have "New Orleans" in their name! Being from New Orleans, I know first hand that their seafood is far from fresh! Their policy on their shrimp po-boys is 12 shrimp (6 on each side)!! I know this because I called to complain. Our other 3 "seafood" platters all had something missing from toast to salad to cold slaw. The only decent meal was the kids chicken strip and fry combo! The food is not only disgusting, but their customer service was just as bad when I called to tell them about the errors. They told me I was lying because their worker said "they know for a fact" that everything was correct. And thats when I was told about their 12 shrimp policy. The only good thing from there is their crushed ice and lemonade! Never again will I spend another dime at that place! It was the biggest waste of $45 that weve ever spent!!

I called in my order, went up there to pick it up about 10 minutes later, and it still took them another 30 minutes for it to be ready. Then when I got it home my food was cold! I literally live right across the street, so its not like I had to go far. On top of that the workers there are incompetent! I also told them that I didnt want lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles, yet still had it all on my Philly cheese steak. Im pretty sure the positive reviews on here are from people that work there.

Theyre garbage, I would never eat there again, they need to send the board of health in and the owner ( Mary is discussing) she dont like to take care of her customers and will serve you anything, she never throw old stuff away she just keeps on serving it to People and there are RATS AND ROACHES IN THERE, and the bathroom are discussing Ill be calling the board of health

Dont waste your money. I couldnt even finish my sandwich before my stomach started turning. And it was super expensive for very low quality food. My boyfriend ordered the oyster platter. It came with a "salad" it was a tiny pile of shredded iceberg... for 15$. Definitely disappointed.

The food here is average at best. The food is way overpriced for the quality/quantity. The service is slow, but friendly. There are other locations, so I guess someone is eating here, but it is not a place for me.

This was my first time here I ordered the BBQ Roast Beef Po Boy sandwich. The food had the right amount of seasoning with lots of sauce. I would recommend this place to friends.
