Bottom line - AVOID THIS SONIC AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely horrible service every time we have been here. Takes a minimum of 6-10 minutes per car in the drive through line (yes, I have tracked that info). 50/50 chance of your order being wrong (at least that is our experience). Staff is rude, and when asked about the wait times or wrong items in order - they laughed at me. I have had to call back up here roughly 10 times in the last 6 months because the order was missing something, primarily when getting ice cream because we dont eat it until hours after we get home (late night snack after dinner). Generally same chance (50/50) of food order being wrong, but that is able to be tested while still at the drive through India unlike the ice cream. I have spoke to managers, supervisors, etc. None have shown any remorse or sincerity for the lack of customer service. I bet this place is out of business within the year if they dont change. We only went here for food because we loved the ice cream. Not worth it anymore. We go to Cole stone right down the street or Fritz when they are open.

I personally didnt have a problem getting my food but my friend who was with me waited 30 minutes and received cold food on two separate occasions. Mind you this wasnt during a lunch or dinner rush it was near 8pm. Expect a wait because this sonic is really slow even if you are just getting drinks. Edit: I went back 2 weeks later and they lost my order then they said that they gave it to someone in the drive through and said they didnt charge me. Which they did, never going here again

Overpriced. Also I ordered a limade and they didnt put ice in it. Called back and they said they would fix the situation. Well they started handing me a cup of ice. I said no I want it remade. This was also on the hottest day of summer so far. Its over 100 degrees and you dont put ice in my drink.

Gave us a small instead of medium, wouldnt fix that, charged us for a drink we did not ask for and when we approached them about it they told us we didnt order it so we do not get it. Even though it is clearly on the recipt we are showing them. Waste of time, go to McDonalds or Steak n shake.

I live 5 minutes from this Sonic and go there 2-3 times week to get a soda. Either they are short staffed, or the slowest staff ever. I visit Sonic drive-ins all over the country when I travel and I have to say that this is the slowest Sonic I have every encountered.

Ive never been to such a slow Sonic in my life. After 10 minutes in the drive through for 5 sonic blasts, I still have time to write this review. There are 5 employees sitting in the center, and 3 were standing around talking.
