This restaurant has great food, but consistently awful service. Multiple times during the evening shift, you will observe a long line at the drive-through window that takes 20 minutes to get through to order. When you get there, expect to spend about 5 minutes trying to get your order in, and when you do, you can expect it to be wrong. They cannot tell the difference between Dr. Pepper and sweet tea, but theyll warm up your Blizzard and fill it to the top so it spills for you, and very courteously supply a standard drink lid (not a Blizzard lid) only upon request. This has been consistent enough to become a recurring problem. Until this DQ gets it together and figures out its staffing problems, I cannot recommend this particular DQ. Pass it by for one that can get your order right and actually do a Blizzard that isnt totally melted.

The inside of the restaurant smelled like an ashtray because they smoke right by the front door. So it comes in an permeates the dining room. We asked to speak to the manager and they said shes out there smoking. When my friend said something to her about how bad the smoke was, she rudely said, "then go someplace else." I get pneumonia from second hand smoke when I have to wade through it to get inside a building, so its a health issue not just an aggravation. If you cant be around smoke, I do not recommend Dairy Queen in DeRidder. LA.

Went tonight for dinner and ice cream.....this place just opened but their orange julius machine was broke, out of dr. Pepper, no moolates, ordered STEAK finger backet....got chicken strips instead. The ice cream sundae was amazing....thats about all that was tho. Customer service was very friendly but this is the second time in a week that we have gone there and was not happy!)

Always my one year old niece has too have DQ everyday or theres a dilemma what a hot mess but shes to beautiful to say no to so guess what my Mom and her parents but her granny has it on lock down what a beautiful bright wonderful smiling days everyday Jehovah God we thank you Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior

Food is good when hot. Service is slow. Employees standing around in front of the window talking while you wait. Took ten minutes for a chicken basket and burger, both cold.
