My work placed an order for pick up. We ordered for several people. When we got the orders back to work, we realized we were missing cheese dips. I called up, and they said to come in and they would fill the cheese dips. Get there, and one of the ladies tries to tell me that she did send the cheese dip. Then she reprints my receipt which shows that they had actually charged me for salsa instead and sent that. I reminded her that i had asked for cheese dips.. not salsa. She proceeded to argue so i ended up just paying for an additional 3 cheese dips, on top of the $8 for nasty salsa. She hands me the bag of cheese dips without chips.. am i just suppose to eat it with a spoon?! Apparently cheese dips dont come with chips.. ridiculous! Definitely wont have our business anymore.

Im from Arizona and the Mexican food out here is NOT Mexican food!!! I havent found anything that comes close to what I grew up with. But this place earns 5 stars in my book! From what I understand, they are actually from Arizona. There is a popular chain of restaurants out there called either Albertos/Filbertos (cant remember the most recent name). I was told the owners are from that chain (either broke off or expanded out here). I always loved Albertos/Filbertos. Give it a try!! Youll love their authentic tortillas! Definitely want to support them to keep them around and encourage other awesome, more authentic restaurants to come in!

My husband hated the tacos and enchiladas. The beans were good, rice very bland until you pour in one of the many sauces, whichwere good. I ordered mixed fajitas, and liked them for the most part. The spices were good, and there was guac, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers. The steak was almost nothing but cartilage. The flour tortillas (homemade) were ok, but so oily you could almost see through them. The price was a sit-down price for fast food served on paper plates, but no need to tip. There is a sewer smell in the entire building, and the water tastes like dirt. Almost $20 for the two of us.

The Food is always better than expected,,, Ive always had great service.. I have picky kids that dont eat Pico or Guacamole and when I ask to have it put separately or not at all its never a problem. You would think for the quality and amount of food it would cost more ,they have the best prices.. Im from San Diego Southern California and this food is the only thing close to what Im used to!!..It is nothing like mexican villa as alot of people here think thats Mexican food, Not even close..I hope more people stop in and try it..I will be back again as much as I can...

This was my go to place for Taco Tuesdays. You cant beat $1 tacos, but any other day, everything is pricey for what it is. The shredded beef hard-shell tacos are awesome, and they have a salsa bar. Steer clear of the ground beef, it tastes like spaghetti meat. However their service just keeps getting worse. Tonight, there were about 10 people inside eating, and at least 5 workers. They were out of shredded beef, and it literally took 20 minutes to get two chicken tacos. Its just chicken, lettuce and cheese... Seriously. Time to find a new spot.

Authentic Tex-Mex...I should know I lived around Texas for over 50 years. Panchos on S. Campbell is also EXCELLENT. I have tried just about everything and it is ALL delicious. All the other so called Mexican restaurants around Springfield taste really bland and I have almost tried them all looking for an authentic or close to an authentic restaurant. There is another restaurant that comes close to Panchos and it is on east sunshine about three blocks inbound from the east loop that is pretty good but Panchos is the best.

For close to a year Ive purchased a Crazy burrito almost every Thursday morning. Every tIm the service has been excellent, the quality outstanding and the quantity enormous! I now ask them to cut my burrito in half and individually wrap them because 1/2 of a Crazy burrito is a full meal! Thy spicy guacamole sauce is very good and the tortillas some of the best Ive had anywhere. We also get the Rellano burritos occasionally which are smaller but just as good. Definitely the best mexican food around in my opinion.

A burrito the size of your forearm costs around the five dollar mark. The salsa bar has some tasty stuff, especially the Spicy Guac Sauce. They have a fried desert called a churro, and Ive never seen them elsewhere; the Oreo variety has a tasty creme filling. The shredded beef will make for a leaky burrito, but its very tasty and delicious on their $1 Taco Tuesday. They also run some $1 specials, Monday thru Thursday. Finally, the tostadas, the supreme quesadilla, and the supreme chimichanga are all highly suggested.

Im from out west and the Mexican food here is gross!! Not mention, absolutely horrible service!! I will never go back!! I even went twice hoping the first time I caught them on a bad day!! Repeated my order twice to verify and got charged triple for what I actually ordered!! The staff is unfriendly and have very poor appearance!! My order taker looked like she got into a fight with her cat and lost right after she rolled out of bed and forgot to brush her hair!!! Disgusting, classless place!

I was told to check this place out if I wanted the best breakfast burrito in Springfield. I was a little skeptical because I saw some reviews saying it was overpriced. The burrito was enough for 2 people. Me and my mom split the burrito got an order of churros and 2 drinks for just under $10, and even had a little bit of the burrito left over to take home. Everything was steaming hot and fresh. Definately the best breakfast burrito I have ever gotten. I will be going back again.

Wow!!!! The food was amazing! It was a tiny bit high priced BUT you will not be sorry. If you have ever eaten at a Filibertos its the exact same food and same owners. I was extremely happy with their food and it made me miss Arizona that much more! The most authentic Mexican food in Missouri hands down. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!! Please give it a try!! Youre welcome if you do. :)

The only thing thats good here are their shredded beef tacos. I have yet to have anything else there thats good. Nothing else is seasoned and tastes so plain. Their sauces are watered down so theyre very weak. Recommend the tacos but nothing else unfortunately. But if youre awake at 2am and want Mexican food, theyre open 24/7 lol

We came TWICE two hours apart, both times their doors were locked and the drive thru was closed. We caked and got told that the lobby doesnt open until 7 and the drive thru doesnt open until after 5. The first time we called they said it would be about an hour. Dont advertise 24 hour if youre not actually OPEN.

Very expensive. Food sucks.service is crappy. $55 for 2 adults and two small children to eat and leave hungry. Can go to Elcharos or Mexican Villa and eat better food for half the price. Really , food, price and service all suck... I will never eat at this restauraunt and wouldnt suggest it to anyone.
