I visited here yesterday. Im a regular and had a horrible experience. First let me say nowhere here is there a sign saying they do not accept $100 bills. Second I PERSONALLY have gone here multiple times and used a $100 bill. They have to get the manager but they can do it. So anyway I get to the window and hand this guy my money and hes like do he anything else? And I politely told him no and that I was sorry. He immediately gets an attitude and asks me like 5 more times if is d anything besides a $100 bill. I told him no and apologized again as I had been busy all day and both of my young boys were sick and had to be taken to the dr. He gets mad and closes the window and this whole time he says nothing to me besides rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing! So when he gave me my change I asked him just to do it if they didnt accept $100 bills normally and he snapped and told me no! That they never accept $100. And closes the window. He gives me my food and drink without saying anything and closes the window. I already had a rough day and decided to run by Starbucks as a treat. A treat is definitely NOT what I got. Idk what the inside service is like but the drive thru is appearently garbage! And God forbid u pay with a $100 bill!!

I had waited in line in drive thru for 15 mins finally I got annoyed and ordered my stuff online and went in to get my coffee and 2 muffins the short girl with purple makeup handed me my coffee and I simple asked her for my food she gets a addittude and throws the rag down and gets my muffins she was so rude she ends up kinda tossing them and knocks over my hot coffee over the counter and me and just ignores that she just burnt the crap out of me I simply asked for a towel are something and she throws a towel a D says you can now Clean the mess I was shocked that the employees just stood there as all of this was going on a nice lady came up and helped me clean up and to make sure I was OK never offered to replace my coffee are muffins that got ruined by the coffee I will not be coming back to this starbucks

Ehhh. Coffee was OK, I don’t know why people get sooo excited about their coffee. I get better local brews over this national chain. But my problem was with the sandwich. Since that are starting to push food with the coffee, I thought I would give one a try. Gouda and bacon breakfast sandwich...sounds good. The bacon was paper thin. I really do not know how you cook bacon that thin. And the egg was almost frozen in the middle it was so cold. Plus the thing was tiny, I would need to eat 3 or 4 for a decent breakfast. 10$ for a large coffee and a tiny, cold sandwich.

I just received the most horrible service ever in my entire starbucks life. Whoever the short girl is that was wearing bright purple eyeshadow on 11/8 was awful! I politely let her know that she made the wrong beverage from what I ordered - she dramatically threw that beverage away and made my chai latte that was extremely awful tasting. She didnt apologize - only gave me an awful attitude. I will never go back to this Starbucks. Thanks for ruining my day.

Comically inefficient. Stood at the register for 3 or 4 minutes without acknowledgement, meanwhile watching 4 employees crash into each other while roaming over every square inch of the poorly laid out work area. I wanted coffee, not a slapstick routine, so I went to Dunkin Donuts instead. Pull it together.

Terrible environment and lackluster servers. Coffee is good but PJs down the highway is better. Music is played entirely too loud for a coffee shop and staff is constantly mopping around you, making it an uncomfortable place to study. You get the feeling that you are not wanted in the environment.

Just watch your change. I have $5.25 on a $5.17 bill at drive-thru & girl made no attempt to give me 8 cents in change. My parents were behind me and girl did the same thing with my dads 16 cents of change. That adds up if "they" do that to everyone!

Ordered a carbrl lat @ 1:56 from inside store and i noticed new people come in and leave and i was still waiting...its now 2:20 and i go to counter to ask whats taking so long to find out my order had been lost somewhere

The staff is wonderful and the interior of the restaurant is comfortable. However, drive through lines are often very long -- backing up down the street. If you are coming here make sure you have a time to wait.

I love coffee and never i thought i would spend $ 5.00. For a cup of coffee. But. I was introduced to Starbucks and i fell in love with it. Its the best coffee. Great service in Covington Louisiana.
