On Facebook and everywhere Weinerschnitzel advertised that all mothers with the proof of being a mother in wording would receive a free small chili dog, fry, and drink for Mothers Day. I get there ask for the special for Mothers Day. The unprofessional manager ebony stated " uh on no, you have to have a membership " i then stated while the advertisement your franchise was stating didnt state that. It clearly stated bring in a picture of you and your child, bring them with you or give some kind of paragraph. She then hollered "oh well my manager told me to say it" . Rude ass attitude. Thank God i came from church cause babbbby its not that serious over a hotdog. This franchise did a false advertisement. If you need a membership then this franchise need to clearly stste that instead of making customers think otherwise. Simply as that! I will no longer eat here. Poor customer service.

The only one left around town. My parents started bringing me to eat here most my life, for nearly 30 years. A place they where they shared their first date, my mother just 14 years old at that time, and continued the tradition for many, many more to come. I now get to continue this tasty tradition with my parents, husband, and our very own beautiful 5 month old baby boy. All those years and here stands the Same quirky hot dog joint, nice people, and the best chilli dog in town. Grab a friend, and go start your own yummy little tradition to carry on at Wienerschnitzel!

I havent been to a wienerschnitzel in nearly a year since moving from out west. One of these days Im going to go crazy and I will drive down there from Nashville for a few chili dogs. 5 stars for being one of a handful of wienerschnitzels east of the Rockies.

Wienerschnitzel has always been a hidden gem. Been going there since I was a little girl. Great Hotdogs and chili burgers. Bread is always soft & chili is def homemade. Tried there Reeses shake, it was delicious. Lots of candy pieces in it.!

Props for being the easternmost Weinerschnitzel in the USA! The service could be better, but Ive never had an order messed up. Ever. Worth going for the best fries in town! Side note, there used to be another in BR on Airline, but it closed.

Awesome food. Ill be sad if this place ever closes but most likely being so close to the college it wont. There certainly nothing like it anywhere near Baton Rouge. Really good stuff, give it a try!

We ordered 5 chili cheese dogs and got 5 like this! Chili???? After driving home 20 miles, found these and tried to call them, no answer after about 15 rings twice! This is not acceptable!

Used to eat there in the 60s shortly after it opened. Still remember it as the best hot dog I ever had.
