Seriously outraged with this Pita Pit. One of my favorite restraunts and its ran by a bunch of idiots. I Ordered a meal at 9:36 pm to be delivered to my house 2.9 miles away. After the two hour wait I received two pitas, but they didnt bother to bring my two drinks and the bag of chips. When informing the delivery guy he turned around and WALKED AWAY! I shook it off because I finally had my food, or so I thought. I sat down to eat and its not my order. Not only did I get the wrong order but the pitas were torn to crap. If youre going to run a restaurant dont hire someone that cant do their job. Im giving Pita pit one star because I have to or it wont let me publish this.

Dont bother ordering for delivery. Took an hour to send a cold pita and some chips 5 minutes down the road. Also, they forgot the hummus dip for the pita chips; I called to let them know and got the most bored-sounding person on the phone that obviously didnt give a crap about me or my food. He said hed send the driver out with my hummus, but an hour+ later, still nothing... Southwest Chicken Pita tasted pretty decent, once I microwaved it. Just stick with Jimmy Johns. At least when they mess something up, I get a message from a manager saying they were personally taking care of it, along with a $10 gift card.

Good food, terrible service. Filthy. Restaurant floor had food everywhere. Bathrooms looked worse than any Ive seen besides a roadside gas station. This isnt a Pita Pit issue, its a staff issue. Terrible service. Staff didnt acknowledge you as you waited not speak loud enough to know what I had ever ordered. Maybe if they could text their response to the customer we could have communicated better. Seriously this generation sucks at customer service.

I ate a lunch here few weeks ago. The place is great, the staff is friendly. I loved the gyro pita, one of the best I have ever eaten. So, I had my friends over and we decided to order online. We did ordered 4 different Pita sandwiches and got them in 30 minutes. I will continue to eat at Pita Pit as it is affordable, fresh and healthy.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE. It took 50 minutes to deliver and the food was cold when it got here. I live only ten minutes away from the store and it was around 2:30, so the lunch rush had already been over. They automatically charge a delivery fee, and the food is overpriced as it is. Then they charged my card twice!

My daughter and I enjoyed our falafa and black bean burger wrap. We really appreciated having some place we could eat at in Baton Rouge with a vegan/vegetarian option. In order to avoid a dry wrap have them spread the sauces on the pita first then add the toppings. I added hummus and guacamole to my pita.

After placing an order and waiting 2 hours, a friend called to find out their oven had broken. She got no call in between to let her reconsider her order. This is a customer service disaster and one of the most entertaining things Ive ever watched. Way to mess up the simplest courtesy, Pita Pit.

Not vegan or vegetarian friendly at all. The cook flat out refused to cook our falafel or black bean separately. He also seemed to make a special point to chop cold chicken with the spatula immediately before serving our food with it. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The gyro pita is usually my favourite, but I also love the cheeseburger pita. Its all good actually. The delivery and store team are very friendly and good at what they do. Why are you still reading this? Go order Pita Pit, ya bimbo!

Had a late night gyro pita here with my friend when I was in Baton Rouge for company trip. It was very delicious with fresh salad. The staff was great. All in all it was a very good place to eat tasteful gyro pitas.

So far all of the Pitas I ordered here were fantastic. Stuffed with goodness and rather healthy. I sort of dislike the price, but for food like I got from this place I think the pita prices are fair.

The pitas are quite easy to veganize, as they have a black bean burger option. :) My only complaint is that its always busy because of the college kids.
