Location is on the ground floor of One America Place between Smoothie King and Times-Pic office. I agree with the other reviewer regarding the staff- theyre always polite and attentive. This location is WAY better than the other downtown Subway at Third and North Blvd where staff are consistently rude. My problem with this place is the sandwich oven. I think it might be broken. By the time I get back to my desk sandwiches are always lukewarm. Cold sandwiches are good. Hot sandwiches are good. But a lukewarm sandwich...I lose my appetite after a couple bites. I think they know something is wrong because they always microwave the chicken on my sandwich before putting it on the bread and in the oven. Fix that, and consider opening on weekends or at least staying open until 7pm, and this place will be perfect.

This was the worst expertness of my life. Me and my family witch are tortes, for the first time in LA yet the USA , went to use the bathroom , The owner said you can not use my bathroom , you have to bye something. That is understanding. We did not know, He the (owner) Was so mean to us , He can around the Connor starting yelling, casing, screaming, he had food in his mouth, food was flying out in our face, betting on the door. I want to report him . My two little girls were crying, he was about to hit me, My husband had to get in front of me. This the WORST subway I have ever entered in my life. He should be shut down and out of Business.

How anyone can give this couple anything above 1 star is amazing. They are the most rude and self serving people Ive ever seen. They follow none of subways standard prices and instead charge way too much for sandwiches, cookies etc. How these people are allowed to run a subway just makes me wonder.
