I eat subway about once every week or two, and I just had the worst experience Ive ever had at a Subway. I ordered online. When I arrived, they hadnt started it yet. They didnt have guacamole or the wrap I ordered. They waited 5 minutes to see what I wanted instead. They wouldnt honor my request for wheat bread and instead gave me Italian. In between the debacle, the manager, Lisa, was shouting instructions and arguing with her employees. When my order changed, I was pushed to the end of the line, and Lisa took 10 more orders before working on mine. Then they made the sandwiches as 12 inches with the same toppings when the wraps had been placed with different toppings. When I asked for a refund, they said since it was an online order, they couldnt. Didnt even give me money back for not having guacamole, or changing it to a foot long from two wraps.

I love Subway Restaurants including the one on 3rd street, Ona Walmart and the one by Tequilas but this one ah ah not good quality at all. Unlike most Subway restaurants they usually say welcome to Subqay! Nope not here they used to but apparently now they just hire arrogant people. The Sandwich makers dont communicate well with you and god forbid you mishear them they yell at you! Another thing is the bad quality. The Tuna sub I got here smelled rotten and I know what fresh tuna smells like and that was not it. On top of it my mother said she got a cold meatball sub from here and that it made her feel sick. I do not recommend going here unless you want food poisoning! Sad because this location used to be my favorite and only one I ever went to not anymore!

terrible service bad sub mean employees accuses of stomping creamer in parking lot got kicked out for asking for creamer chip bags 90% air worst restaurant ever oh and also threatens to ban me from subway for trying to get sugar does not give lid for water takes away straws and lids from me and is sassy! the person working was douchebag and a idiot i even got a meatball on my pizza sub and when i came in she said no creamer, what do you want then i asked for a water cup and she said she wouldnt give me one because i took a creamer can you get more triggered? i call that a 1 star!

The food is consistent but the Subway experience varies, depending on whos working. Last night was a real humdinger of depression...no greeting from the girl taking my order...no smile...the guy at the register: wow, sad. Guy clearly hadnt shaved in a week, no greeting, the demeanor of someone who probably puts a gun in his mouth every day and is hating himself for not pulling the trigger. To say I was uncomfortable in this restaurant last night would be an understatement. My samich was good, though : )

My experiences here are normally pretty good. However, Lenny is a total douchebag. Not only has he never greeted me I get a "what do you want?" But he always seems to have an attitude problem. He threw our sandwiches around and doesnt seem to have any concern for the customer. Even getting a sub toasted he makes it seem like its pulling teeth. If you want whats best for this store I suggest you fire him immediately.

Called ahead to make sure they would still be open when Id arrive 5 minutes before the posted closing time. Was told they could only take an order on the phone. When I got there I saw 3 people in line, the young girl was very rude to me, and made the wrong sandwich with the wrong toppings. Couldnt even get an apology when I really wanted the sandwich I ordered.

Lily and Nicole were fantastic! They were smiling and wonderful to work with they carried on small talk and were very pleasant. Libby on the other hand was not smiling visibly rolled her eyes and seemed like she could care less. Food was great:) would have been 5/5 if all of the staff would have been just as great.

Not only are the prices here noticeably higher than the average Subway, but they were far too sparing with the toppings. It was most noticeable with the black Olives and Pickles; I got only about 4 or 5 of each on my footlong sub.
