My food was absolute crap and when I went up stairs to eat it the manager sent a costumer up to tell us we couldnt eat our food there and to take it and leave. Kinda confused being that there was multiple tables where people were sitting with out any food at all. I asked the manager why we had to leave and she told me "She was the manager and didnt need a reason". Needless to say I called and made a futile complaint that Im sure she didnt even get or care about if she did. Not quite sure why this place has such a great reputation. Wont be going back!

Stopped here during Essence Festival last year....the food is DISGUSTING. I agree with the person that says the beef has a weird texture. It reminds me of the frozen white castle burgers that you get out of the grocery store except worse. I couldnt even eat it which was disappointing considering how expensive it was. Krystal Burger in Atlanta is sooo much better.

Small thin burgers (less than 1/4 thickness of what youd expect), only drinks are sweet and unsweet tea, both not cold (checked on a hot day), burger buns without tomatoes or cucumbers, and not even a nice place to sit. Would rate it zero if I could. (At least I got my burgers fast. I guess they do deserve that star for their speed)

Its pretty clear that the employees hate their jobs. They didnt even attempt to act polite or show enthusiasm. Ive eaten at many Krystals over the years, and the food was far worse here than at any other. Which is ironic, given how ridiculously long it took us to receive our food, despite a lack of patrons in the restaurant.

A well placed drunk food option for people coming off of their Bourbon Street experience. Ive been here twice before during the night and daytime and its way rowdier at night, for obvious reasons. Lots of people at night compared to day time. Good here isnt bad at all though its pretty slow for a fast food restaurant.

This food is the one night stand you have on Halloween after not being laid in years. When it is inside of you, you try to tell yourself its ok, this is good. Then theres the sober moments of clarity where you think stop,what are you doing, then you just feel dirty and sad.

Place was crazy busy! But they got the job done. The food wasnt that great, but just watching them serve all the drunks that stumbled in required skills. Hats off to the staff. Now if they can get the dude on the grill to finesse those square patties, Id rate them higher.

This is the perfect drunk food on the way out of Bourbon St. Couple greasy cheeseburgers while watching everyone stumble all over themselves. Felt bad for the employees having to deal with it all but the food made it worth the 4 times in 2 days we went.

Decent food, very similar to White Castle. Interesting layout of the building, and right on bourbon street. Open 24/7 so very good after a long night of getting hammered. It was a little dirty, but so is everything on Bourbon Street.

This place was open late, so we stopped in for a little snack before heading back to our hotel. Im glad my wife and I only got three to share, because they were awful. The texture of the meat was weird and the flavor was bad.

If I could give this place a negative star I would....The food is disgusting, I took one bite and almost vomited....The stuff is rude and the bathroom are filthy. The texture of the meat looks very weird...its not ground beef.

O wow the food was great but the employees were rude and the cashier looked like she was tweeking something serious and the place was a huge mess and no public bathrooms you have to go 2 blocks down to use a Porta potty

Went for peeing, staff said YOU HAVE TO BUY FIRST then PEE! It was funny because for getting to WC, we needed to show the receipt and then they would BUZZ the WCs door!!
