Only gave one star because zero isnt an option. I wish I would have read the reviews before I stopped here. I placed my order and the employee had to ask for help because he did not understand how to do his job. Another person came over to help, my order was placed and I waited, waited, and waited. The order came out for a $5 Extra Crispy Tender Fill-Up box with out the potatoes, biscuit, cookie, or honey mustard sauce. When I asked for the rest of my order I was told they were "out of mashed potatoes" to pick something else. The other employee came over and dished up a small container of potatoes, not what was supposed to be included. I never got the biscuit or honey mustard. They started to argue over who messed-up my order and I left. When I got home there were 2 dried up, soggy crusted pieces of chicken and two nuggets. Ive had frozen and microwaved chicken that tasted better. In fact, the chicken in my order looked like frozen, TV dinner chicken. There was nothing even remotely close to "extra crispy" for the coating. My husbands Zinger sandwich had broken bits of taco shell in the wrapper. The kitchen was dirty and the employees are in great need of an effective manager. This place needs new management and front line employees in a hurry. Do not eat here unless you like old, nasty food.

If i could leave no stars I would hate to even give it the one but to be able to leave my review I have too. This is the absolute worst place to get food EVER!!! I bought the $20 fill up got home the mashed potatoes mustve been there a week they were brown at the top the bottom of the container was literally gone both of them when picked up fell through, the biscuits hard as rocks, chicken was really old and NASTY. Then didn t wanna give my money back. On top of the very unprofessional rude teenage of a manager they had that I had to talk too. I would NEVER recommend anyone t o go to this nasty place.. It definitely needs shut down..

Waited 5 min at the drive thru speaker just to be greeted i said "hello?" then a girl rudely says "i be with hold on" should have greeted me right when the beep went off in your ear. Pulled 2 window she was rude again to my face askef for sauce she gave me a giant hand full of honey for one biscuit an like 5-6 bbq for 3 tenders. I then ask 4 a fork she them snaps its in the box i then open the box in front of her no fork she then acted like it was the end of the world to give me fork. Never coming back to this location i will drive out of my way for better service.

Terrible service. This is not a "fast" food location by any means. I pulled up to the drive thru and 4 cars were in front of me. From getting in line to reviewing my food it was 20 minutes. On top of that, my order was not complete. This happens Everytime I decide to stop in. Not sure why I go there about one every 3 months. They are either out of chicken items, side items, or sweet tea. When the do have all the items, they dont put it all in your to go bag. Dont think I have ever spent less than 10 minutes even just ordering carry out or drive thru.

worst crap Ive had in years. this place (near my home) consistently serves cold over cooked dry chicken and artificial mashed potatoes. Ive try several times and always get poor service and poor quality crap from here. Ive never gotten what I ordered correctly and have even taken stuff back to get the wrong crap again! whoever runs this store needs replaced. it sucks! wont be back and wont suggest it to anyone I like!

Make sure your whole order is there no matter how small, ive gotten meals for my dad that were undercooked and missing portions, the young dude who hangs out of the drive-thru window should just listen and work on getting the order right Edit: Went back today, repeated my order 3 times and they still messed up... just wow, i love paying extra for stuff i didnt want and not getting my order anyway

Terrible service. Waited by the speaker for 30 minutes for someone to come on the intercome. When the lady came back onto the intercome she was very rude after the wait our order was messed up multiple times. They also didnt have the sandwich I wanted and wasnt notified until after I payed. After all if this the manger came out and he flirted with my father. He used the term " sweetie. "
