Let me start by saying, I do love their food... but I will not go back to this place because of one major issue. There service is the worst of any restaurant in Paducah. One time I went with my grandparents, we waited almost two hours to get our food, and when it did come out it was stone cold. Another time I went with a friend who really wanted to go, and we waited an hour in a half only to get uncooked burgers. Still frozen and red in the center, and when asked about it they told us they could get us another burger, but they refused to just remove it from the bill so we could leave. We ended up being there a total of three hours, only to get a burnt burger the 2nd time. The final time I went, We waited roughly 30 mins before we even got our drinks, and it wasnt even busy. This was with my parents, who love steak. Of course, when they got their steaks they were burnt to hell. I just got some shrimp and it was cooked and very good (Again, there food is very good if cooked correctly), but my parents just wanted to leave because it was roughly 40 mins before the waiter even came back to check on us, and he told us that they best they could do was cook new steaks, when they just wanted to leave. We would have just grabbed another waiter to ask, but there wasnt anyone around to ask. Not a soul in the place and it was like the staff just didnt care about the few customers it had. If you have around 3 hours to waist, then go here because their food is good... but you will be waiting a very long time for overpriced food and horrible service, and thats if they even get your food right. Also never get a salad. They will ask if you would like Salad on the side. It is NOT free. They will charge you $4-$6 extra without telling you. They love sneaking prices of food in without notifying you, and next thing you know your paying double of what you expected. This restaurant needs a new manager, new cook, something. Until then, go at your own risk if you have plenty of extra time.

The past several times weve eaten here the service out of the kitchen has been very bad. On my last visit on 3/1/15, two out of the 6 orders on our ticket came out wrong, and my mother never received her entrée. They brought her sides out, but never her entrée. After waiting 20 minutes after we had all gotten our food, she finally cancelled the order. We were informed that management would not charge her for her side items. No one even offered to bring the entrée to go, which tells me they never put it on the grill. After getting home, my mom realized that she was charged for one steak twice. They had to ring in another steak that was sent back, since the first steak was too well done. Then they never adjusted the ticket. After speaking to two different managers the next day, she finally got the charge taken off. Very little was done by management to rectify the situation. I really think bad service has become common place at this restaurant. We really used to enjoy eating at Outback.

We arrived and was seated as they where not very busy at all. The waiter was nice and took our order and we received our order very quickly in a timely fashion and the food was amazing. Everything was very fresh and very good we finished our meal and waiter came and took empty dishes and that is kinda where the train derailed it was around 15 to 20 minutes before we were brought our check. we then waited for someone to come back and get the check after 30 min of waiting we stopped another waiter who took our check back finally still 20 min later before our change was brought back to us. the food was good but to have to wait almost an hour on a check is a little much would have understood if they were slammed but they was not even busy. manager was very apologetic which I appreciated just bad to have to wait that long for change. the food was good the service of food was good the service of getting the check and change was a trainwreck

I don’t know where to begin because I have never felt the need to get on here and give a review but after the experience I had it had to be shared. My wife and I were out doing some shopping and we decided to go to Outback to grab some dinner before we head home. We knew there would be a wait but it’s just a place we enjoy and figure it is worth the wait. This particular trip it was because our waitress Lynsie Talbart (for reference we asked for her name because we knew we was going to give her a review….I didn’t stalk her I swear hahaha) was simply amazing. My glass never got empty and this poor girl seemed to be pulled all over the restaurant and what really blew us away is she always wore a smile and was nothing but positive. If you are ever at the Paducah Outback you need to ask for Lynsie to be your server. Keep up the positivity Lynsie it is not unnoticed!

Management can make or break any business. Ate at this restaurant two nights in a row. First night, service and food was outstanding! Second night, service was inexcusable and food was less than desirable. Servers first day solo on the floor. No drink refills, waited an hour on our food after ordering, salmon was undercooked, vegetables were undercooked. Tables were left with dirty dishes the entire time we were in the restaurant. No manager stepped in to help or offer an explanation as to what was going on. The table beside us was there for three and a half hours because service was so slow and negligent! Really feel lack of management skills caused this poor rating.

I am not usually the type of person to leave a negative comment. I believe that everyone in the food service industry have a very difficult job to perform, and disgruntled patrons typically make this job even harder. With that being said, if I could rate them in negative stars I would. My wife and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Outback Steakhouse...but we will never come to this location again. We went on our 10th wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely awful. The service was bad, and the food was terrible, almost inedible. No attempt was made to rectify the situation by management. Very disappointed that this was the meal that I gave my wife on our anniversary.

I ordered the most expensive item on the menu in the hopes that it would be decent. The steak was mostly inedible grizzle that was well done on one half and raw on the other. The service was bad at best. The staff was working their tails off trying to keep the bar stocked. This place is mismanaged at the highest level. I had a similar experience a year ago. I wont return to this dive. Too many other better options nearby. Of the other dozen folks eating at the bar, I didm;t see a single one who finished their plate. Most everyone at the veggies and left the entree. Go elsewhere.

Second time I have been there in 6 months, my husband and I love outback and we love traveling to Paducah, but we wont be back ever until something changes. First impression, the restaurant was dirty, windows on doors full of smudges, garbage outside overflowing, floors looked really dirty and ladies where coming out of restroom complaining that toilet was overflowing and we waited 20 mins and they claimed they didnt have enough help, so after all the stuff we saw We left and ate elsewhere and after our experience a few months before that we wont be back.
