First experience went great. Had an awesome server who was excited about their job. Second experience wasnt as amazing. Our server didnt listen to my family about our order making us have to repeat ourselves 4-5 times each. After food come out we had a few mess ups but nothing that couldnt be handled at the table except the forgotten spoon for one of my family members gumbo. The server that brought our food out said she would be right back with the spoon and she never showed back up. We asked another worker to bring a spoon and she gave us an awful snarl and walked to the stairs turned around and walked to the other end of the restaurant, never bringing a spoon. Soon after we asked another server for a spoon she went right to the kitchen and brought one out ASAP. This entire time watching our waiter stand at the bar watching one of the TVs. Once he decided to unglue his eyes from the TV he walked to the kitchen brought food out to another plate and asked us how we were doing without stopping to check or even look at us for that matter. Awful experience for that trip. Willing to try again, but something needs to be done to their servers and not just have teenagers not giving a care about their job.

This is the third time I have eaten here. The first time was right after they opened. Food was hot, fresh and fast. The second time the wait for the food was a long time but food was at least good. This time, it was all bad. The waitress we had couldnt care less if we were even there and it wasnt even busy in there. Order was messed up and was given the wrong burger, finally got the waitress attention and she just tossed some 1000 island on my burger on top of all the other junk that was on there. Then the fries were very cold and had been out a long time. Finally managed to eat what we could to try and salvage of the meal and when it was time for the check she just walked over and tossed the ticket and pen on table and walked off. Sad such a nice place will be out of business if something isnt done. We wont ever be back. Food is a good portion there but damn you will have to wait forever to get it, then hope it is right cause heaven forbid you have to send it back.

It was pretty empty when we showed up but we did have a group of 9. We were asked to wait 10 minutes while they got tables ready. A lot of staff walking around and talking but not much table cleaning going on. Over 30 minutes later and after groups both bigger and smaller than ours showed up and were seated, we were finally shown to a table. The table was too small for a group of 9 but my complaint was the wait. I asked for the manager and she explained they were busy earlier which is why tables were dirty and staff were tired. Didnt really explain why larger groups got seated before us, just gave an empty "sorry" and walked away. Terrible customer service! Would have been forgiven if the food was good but sadly, it wasnt. Fries were warm, not hot, burgers were incinerated and not very tasty. Not a huge selection of restaurants in that area but my suggestion to all is go elsewhere like the fair park grill, much better food and service.

The worst meal and the worst service that I have had in recent memory: - We were seated quickly. - It took 10 minutes for a server to take our drink order. - 10 minutes later (20 minutes after being seated), we still had no drinks. - I ordered the grilled mahi mahi with steamed vegetables. The fish was overcooked, dry, and it was served with corn on the cob, instead of steamed vegetables. I could have had better fish at Captain Ds. - The manager discounted the meal by 20%, but that is not what I wanted. I wanted a good meal, and I did not get it. - This was my 5th visit here, and this was the only negative experience, but with the many good restaurant options in Tupelo, it will be a while before I try Mugshots again.

Came in around one with a group of eight. ordered drinks and appetizers , then food. (Watching atleast two tables of two order and eat)while we waited an hour for my appetizers and another 20 minutes for my food.Mind you there are only eight tables in the restaurant and atleast 4 servers . I only ordered chef salad and was still the last one to receive my food meanwhile others had been eating for atleast 5 minutes. My boyfriend ordered the McDonald burger and it came out raw. Literally raw in the middle to the point it was stringy when cut in half. Needless to say he no longer eanted and wanted to leave, I was still charged for it. Im not a local but im in town atleast twice a month and will never be back .

Service tonight was THE WORST. I saw several customers get up and leave. Something here has changed recently and money is walking out the door. My server told me that I was wrong. We had asked for the check and she said we had not. My wife had got tired of waiting on her and left, so I waited to pay. How awful that good food was overshadowed by a really bad waitress. I know Johnny the owner and I know he would not have stood for how this waitress was acting. Wont go back for a long time. Wont recommend it to anybody.

We were told there would be a 5-10 minute wait and it ended up being 30+ (nobody wanted to leave!) but other than that it was a pretty good experience. Our server wasnt able to give us a beer list (they have like 28 taps so thats important) because she said they had to throw it out and start over. Everyone was really nice though and the food was good too (the boneless buffalo wings they have were amazing!) the decorations and theme were also top notch and tasteful. Overall a great visit!

Mugshots is usually amazing. This place was definetly not. It took 25 minutes to get food ordered after receiving our drinks, of which the waitress brough a dirty cup for the first drink and a water that tasted like sweet tea as a replacement. We only saw our waitress a total of 5 times in the hour we were there, usually after we asked other people for assistance. At the end the waitress didnt give the right change for bill paid. At least the pickles were great

We ate here yesterday & we was very disappointed! We expected it to be like the one in Flowood, MS. Down there they have huge burgers with huge amount of fries on every plate. What we got was overcooked, dry small burgers with only 5 fries each on the plate! Really! We could have went to McDonalds & had better food! For a cheaper price! Did not have a good experience. Mite give it one more try to see if it is better down the line.

I went to Mugshots on last Night, I had a bad experiment with my meal being not Great but I had an Wonderful Waitress Her Name was Riddle she made my night with that pleasant smile and Great I mean Great Hospitality This Chick is Manager Material and I Love that her and the Management team went out there way to make my food better.Thanks I will be back cause of u Riddle u Rocked that joint last night.
