Sarang is awesome! I have to eat here at least once a week. It is small and hidden but the best! The owner is friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you have great food and service. First restaurant Ive ever ate where the owner checked to make sure not only was our food good, but if we were full offering to give us more on the house. (We were super full, portions are great at a great price, but the generousity and kindness you feel here is worth coming food aside) Best fried rice & bulgogi in Louisville!

Stopped in on a drive through Louisville, so glad I did! The dolsot was delicious, and the mandu (fried dumplings) were outstanding. It was our first time trying Korean food, and the employee gave us a quick run-down of the different foods which was very helpful. Seating was minimal, with maybe 6 tables, but it was a cozy atmosphere. Korean music videos were playing on the TV which was fun to watch while we ate. Will definitely be back if Im in Louisville again!

Unlike many "Korean" food in Louisville Sarang has authentic cuisine and a wonderful atmosphere, perfect for a family, small group, or a night with your significant other. Prices range from $6-11 per person not including drinks. Water is in a self service filtered tap while the sodas are in cans. Do yourself a favor and try a bubble tea. Dont forget to tell them you read the review from the Jason Ditzler radio show.

Terrific Korean food and service. The owner is very friendly. Awesome introduction if youve never had Korean before. I grew up on Korean food though so this was the real deal. Great kim bap, jap chae, and dok boki. My husband said his spicy pork bulgogi was delicious and my son enjoyed his fried rice. They also offered several types of boba tea. Check it out!

Considering sarang means love in Korean, this place is aptly named. The food is consistently good, the couple that run the place are always so nice. My personal favorite is the bulgogi beef. Love, love, LOVE this place. Hopefully this place will last for awhile.

great food and have never been disapointed. the owner is usually always present. best asian restaurant for people allergic to peanuts(no items on menu have them). the food is authentic korean and one of the only places to find bubble tea in Louisville.

If you are looking for affordable and casual Korean food, Sarang offers just that! The menu and inside seating are both pretty limited, but what they do serve is delicious and the atmosphere is cute and bright. I recommend the bulgogi!

This place is awesome. Fantastic Korean, always just as delicious as the first time youve been there. They have three kinds of kimchi: cabbage, radish, and cucumber, make sure to get some of each. Small menu, but its all delicious.

Ive been here probably too many times. Great food, good prices, clean setting, very friendly staff, cosy atmosphere, quick service. Not ever crowded, in my experience (Ive been all different times of day). All around great place.
