Im extremely disappointed in the treatment I and my co-workers recvd from not employee but from the manager/owner himself! We ordered a delivery of 3 large fish dinners and if anyone has eaten their you know they are quite pricey! Well, after the driver left we noticed that we didnt get any cole slaw! I know that sometimes things can happen especially when very busy can be overlooked! I called & spoke to the most rudest business owner Ive ever encountered in my life! He started yelling that it was I quote, "its just Cole Slaw, & its not the end of the world!!!" And told us that he didnt need our business! Too bad! for him!!!!! Our company has 48,000 employees! Last week when we ordered, the food was good! We put a good word in over our email system about the food being good! Well, nobody from here will ever be eating there again! Too bad! He could have had a franchise!!!

We are a school for children on the Autism Spectrum and every week on Tuesdays we order out for some of our students. Big City Grill is on our list at least once a month. Unfortunately they have been taken off of our list as of today. Today was one of our worse experiences when ordering for our students. We received a wrong order, fish instead of chicken. When I called back to let them know my concern the lady on the phone immediately transferred me to a manger who told me that he would have his driver come pick up the fish and refund me for the fish. When I asked if I could get the correct order he said they did not have any chicken left. I explained to him my situation as that student has to eat lunch. He said that was tough and hung up the phone. We now have to drive to go pick up a lunch for this one student. This is the worse service that I have ever had!

I ordered off of the grub hub App. The food was on time and delicious. However the driver told me I needed to pay in cash. It didnt make sense because I entered my card information during the order. I had to step away from my desk to get the food so I couldnt see if my card had been charged so I just took the man at his word. I have him $30 to cover meal and tip. I got back to my desk to see I was charged on my card as well. I called the restaurant and the person who answered knew the driver was not to take cash. He sent the driver back to refund my money quickly. When the driver came back he tried to play a change scam with me. I had been up and at work from 3am and didnt sleep well last night. I took back most of my money but know he got way more of a tip than he deserved. Probably not the restaurants fault but just a fair warning to watch out.

Big City Grill is a great lunch choice for folks working north of downtown. Food is hot and fresh and the daily combo specials are a great value. No, its not gourmet, but for a quick carry out lunch, it is perfect. Sometimes it can be a victim of its own success during the lunch rush, but the folks behind the counter try hard to please. My hat is off to the independent small business people like this one who are making a go of it. Give it a try.

The food is so good someone in my family goes at least once a week. The service fast very friendly and the restaurant is clean. I have had the Phillybuster and it is off the chain (very good). I recommend Big City to anyone who is very hungry or just want something different with a home cooked feeling. Also the price is right!!!! P.S. Might want to put the menu on a website

The employees have always treated me very well, the food has always tasted good & fresh, and they do their best to accommodate your requests. The restaurant itself is great but parking here is a mess. Dont let the bad reviews, the bad parking lot, the run down strip mall its in, or the surrounding neighborhood deter you from eating here, this place is phenomenal!

Being from out of town, I was a little nervous about ordering from here but Im so glad I did! They have a lot on their menu that sounds delicious, but you have to have their wings!!! Traditional or boneless; theyre super saucey and meaty. Deffinetley a must have in Indy, plus they deliver!

Their food is definitely amazing. They lied when they said they deliver. Their order online process is a joke. It just sent a regular email to the owner. I ordered a catfish dinner last night around 9:45 and my food never showed up at my house. The prices are great the food is worth it

The food is always fresh(seriously no joke). They have good desserts and lemonades plus food. Simple but delicious. Even the small things are good because it fills you up and all you need is just a drink and finish with a satisfied belly. They also have great service.

I love this place! My boyfriend took me here to get Philly Cheesesteaks (which i hadnt eaten very much) and it was amazing. They give you alot of food and the different kinds of lemonade are great as well. I catch myself craving this food all the time!

Extremely rude and unfriendly and you might as well say racist, and dont try to call and have a question about the product if youre going to order delivery because they will just rudely hang up on you. I will never support this establishment again

I find myself eating here 2-4 times a week. The Phillie Cheese-steak is excellent, as is the gyros. For the money it cant be beat. Example: $6.99 for two giant gyros sandwiches with fries. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

The food is great. The customer service is terrible. With a restaurant I think you should stand behind the customers that frequent the establishment. We order from here 2-3 a month. The delivery guy was a good guy.

If youre looking for a good Philly Cheese Steak, Wings, Gyro look no further. I always look forward to eating here. They have some of the best food around. I cant get enough. The lemonade shake-ups are delicious.

A must go. Food is great and fresh. Staff were very helpful and the owner insures you have a great meal. Italian beef was great and i am picky with my beef but this place passes the test. For sure ill go back

Honestly I was not expecting too much but I will admit when Im wrong. The food was great and the owner seems like a really good guy. We had the Italian beef and gyro, will be back to try many more things.
