The evening management is very unproffessional. There is one in particular, a slender blonde that always has hickies on her neck!! How disgusting is that!? The tattoos I dont mind but hickies, thats just trashy and very unproffessional for a manager, or anyone for that matter. She was even necking with her boyfriend outside on multiple occassions. As far as the food goes; the burgers I ordered were very sloppy and cold and the fries were also cold. It was as if a preschooler had put together my burgers. The franchise owner should really look at who they are allowing to manage their restaurant.

The blizzards always have all the toppings on top half and only icecream on bottom half of cup. Very irritating and the drive through takes forever. Customer service always seems unorganized or people are talking instead of making your food. I prefer the Shepherdsville DQ bc they always make it right and evenly distributed but we live in Mt Washington. I really think they could try a little harder at the Mt Washington one and be just as good as Shepherdsville. .

Ordered a sausage twin pack to go this morning and when I got home I noticed that the sausage patties were pink in the middle (not cooked all the way through). Also, it was kind of awkward just placing my order at the counter, because 2 of the employees were involved with some kind of white trash woman war. I hope I dont get sick from food poisoning.

As I walk in the young lady behind the camera great it me kindly and ask to take my order. The transaction was quick my order came out just as quick the place was clean when I went to get my drink the fellow patrons or nice and talkative as well as the staff I live in Mount Washington so I definitely would come back to this Dairy Queen again.

I only go for breakfast so I cannot comment on the taste or quality of the burgers, but I have to say, the people I deal with in the morning are quick, courteous, and helpful. And I LOVE the fact that the place is full of old men sitting at tables, reading newspapers, and discussing politics. Its like something out of the 1950s!
