I placed a to go order. When I got back to my car with the order, I realized that I didnt get the drinks. So I went back in and approached either a manager or a trainer. She was training a new hire on the layout of the cash wrap area. When I told her my issue (I just needed an orange juice and coffee) she told me to talk to the hostess. She did not offer to help herself. When she pointed to the hostess, I turned to see a long longer of people. So I waited in that line. The trainer/manager did nothing. She neither cared nor helped. Now, I just opened the order at work, and there is no plastic ware and my order is missing the hash browns it should come with. I would have called the store, but the same manager that let the store get that bad would have been the one to handle my issue. I will not be returning to the store.

I normally love this Cracker Barrel but, today my husband and I had a horrible experience. Walked in after 8 p.m. on a Saturday and they only had a few customers in there. Stood at the hostess stand for about 3 minutes while the hostess chatted with her (non-working) friend. She never even acknowledged us standing there. Another worker walked up and the hostess asked her if she would seat us. (This second lady had been sweeping the floor.) So, we finally got sat and waited, and waited, and waited. After about 5 minutes nobody had even acknowledged that we were sitting there. No, "Hi, Ill be right with you." No, "Let me find your waiter." Nothing. So we left. I did speak to a manager on the way out but, by his reaction, I dont have much confidence that anything will be resolved soon.

Got here, was promptly by greeted and sat by Aunna. It wasnt busy. Shanna, our table server started off on a good note, but slowly dropped. Our drink orders were taken and after we ordered the food, we waited for almost 20 minutes. Again Not busy. One of the floor personnel came by to see if we were okay. We informed her of waiting for our food, which she couldnt find our server. Our food finally arrived, and the two girls plates were satisfactory, but mine was warm, and I didnt get my biscuits for my gravy, and I took one of the girls biscuits. My grits didnt get served with my meal, which I had to wait for. When I finally got my grits. They were watered down, and tasted like instant grits. My experience tonight sucked. But at least my wife had a hot plate.

I usually love going to Cracker Barrel. However today after a very long drive I stopped in for dinner. Was seated. Then waited for 20 minutes while 4 waiter looked at me like I was an idiot...never came over ask for water or if I was ready...after waiting a few more mjnutes while mlre waiter just walked passed and looked at me. The place was pretty much empty... i was so angry I got up and left.

Had pancakes and were not hot the last few rimes i have taken mom there i have had cool food i never send food back because u dont want to make someone angry with your food in there control mom loves there me not so much but she is older and i try and take her where she wants but i have begin to suggest other places

Seated promptly, waited, waited, then waited some more. Multiple parties seated after us were waited on, we never were. Got up and left. Told the hostess the reason why. Didnt really seem to care. Sad that the vast majority of complaints are service related since that is easily corrected with actively engaged managers.

It was a really yummyy breakfast!! LOVED the origin pancakes !! Also liked the coffee and eggs. The service was amazing they noticed we dont eat meat and offered the suitable dishes for us! Theres a small cute shop there and the prices are really reasonable! If youre near give it a go and try it u wont regret it

Love the food an the service is grate. They really aim to please its a grate place to take your family the prices are really good. I have a family of an we was able to have three kids meals an two adult meals for only thirty dollars.My kids are very picky eaters but this is one place they love.

It was bad. Not just kinda bad. Bad. We walked in the hostess didnt really look at us and said "Seat your self". We sat at the table closest to the kitchen, we saw a server once. She never approached us, by she looked at us. After about 15-20 minutes my wife and I decided to go somewhere to eat.

Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The place was clean and the food was fantastic. They forgot my apple slices, but after I reminded them, they got them to me right away, so I cant really dock them points for that. Great place to eat. Highly recommend.

Had an issue with a specific waitress literally ignoring us for almost a half hour after being seated, but after making a manager aware of the issue, it was corrected well beyond what I could have imagined. Every other time, theyve been absolutely outstanding.

Great Food! Super atmosphere & extremely friendly Staff. In 1995 before there were any Cracker Barrels in Louisville, KY we took our only family vacation & we drove straight through & the only place our family of five ate going & coming was Cracker Barrel!

Always used to come here with grandpa but not much since he passed. I always get the famously amazing pancakes and dont hesitate visiting the nice gift shop right after! Extra, extra cozy place to just hang!!

Was noon time. I ordered off the breakfast menu. Gravy, grits and hash brown casserole were all cold. Country ham cold and over cooked. Not the first time I have experienced this but most certainly the last.

Horrible experience. Family of 10 came for grandmothers 70th birthday and the service was horrible... Cold food, messed up orders, empty drinks, broken glass while being served... Save yourself the trouble!

The hash brown casserole was awful the eggs were cold gravy was cold only thing that was warm was the country ham!! Will never go back too Crackle Barrel again!!
