so, Ive always been rly fond of this place, but today a bad experience happened. I ordered the vegetarian teriyaki chicken because im vegetarian and dont eat meat (and havent for years) and was then given actual teriyaki chicken. when i told my server, she told me i had to pay for it because i apparently didnt let her know it was supposed to be vegan, but that i was welcome to order another 10 dollar plate of the vegan kind (thus making me pay over 20 dollars for two entrees, one of which i literally couldnt eat) I decided not to order another plate because I literally didnt have the money to pay for all of that. Felt it was really rude to not get a refund or get a replacement meal when they messed up my order and gave me something I literally couldnt eat.

I had been here 3x before I noticed a HUGE problem. The first time I ordered egg rolls and tea service. I had a lot of tea left so I asked for a to go cup. The next day at home, i put the tea and herbs in my strainer, and noticed hair. I was disgusted. I didnt call in or anything, it couldve been a simple mistake. The next time I went there were strands of small hair in my rice. I was beyond disgusted at this point, and he said that he could deduct it from the bill. He only took off 50cents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 50 cents??? I had my children w/ me and didnt want to make a scene. Ill never go back. I dont eat hair, and neither does my children.

The hot pot was very reasonably priced and of great quality on the ingredients. Weve been looking for a place in Louisville, Ky that has hotpots, but found this right across the river 15mins away. My bento box was amazing, really great value for the money and what you get, not yo mention 22 different options!! Lastly, the bubble(boba) tea was excellent, a plethora of flavors to choose from. Highly recommended this establishment and will be back!!!

Pulled around back to park, and walked into the cozy little house. Greeted by a specials menu and a hostess we were seated quickly. After we ordered our food it took a few minutes for our appetizer to come out. After about another 10 minutes we got our food, one after the other (they seemed to bring it just as it was finished).The food was delicious, and exactly as expected.

Refurbished my food! Waited forever for my food, came after my other half had his almost finished. Found a long black hair fried into my shrimp when it arrived steaming hot :( The waitress said they would redo the order, five minutes later they bring me the same food hair picked out (refurbished) Payed full price too, not good business ethics!

I frequent this restaurant, and its the best on this side of the river in my opinion. They recently added a full menu with vegetarian options, and they dont go overboard on salt and sugar like in typical places. The egg rolls are the best Ive ever had, and the staff are always very friendly.

Growing up near Radcliff,KY which has a high Asian population I was very disappointed in the Asian restaurants around New Albany. (One was so bad that I got McDonalds after I left) Then I found the Onion restaurant. I LOVE the food and all of the workers are extremely nice.

The waitress had no idea what gluten free was. She kept telling us that they can make anything on the menu gluten free. When we ordered the noodles that they served were made from wheat and we had to explain that they had gluten in them.

Hands down the best fried rice Ive ever had from a Chinese restaurant. The food is very fresh and they were lightning fast. A little pricey though. I am very picky when it comes to ordering Chinese food, this place is great.

Love the onion, have been eating here for years. Lunch is always great, fast service, sweet waiters, and delicious food. Teriyaki chicken is amazing and the potstickers/dumplings are the best around.

Busy Chinese restaurant in southern Indiana. Inexpensive lunch special that are pretty good. Lots of veggie options which I liked. I had Kung Pao tofu and egg drop soup. Both were yummy.

That was by far the worst food Ive ever had. I had Kung Pao Chicken. It did not smell right, and something about it tasted off too. Also had egg drop soup which also tasted strange.
