I have come to know this family well because of the intimacy of the atmosphere. Good ole Soul Food will always bring people together. The food is delicious. The never fail stuffed chicken breast is awesome. Before I stopped eating pork, I loved ordering Smothered Pork Chops/Gravy, Mashed Potatoes and Cabbage. Everything on the menu is great, though!! Oh and the Sweet Tea is awesome!!!

Ill make the drive for the food! Probably the best soul food in Louisville when you consider price and quality. However, the hours are so few so I can never make it there when theyre open, and the people working there dont seem all that friendly. Plus, its take out only so theres no place to sit and enjoy your food right when you get it.

I was never a fan of soul food and if i were going to turn a "new leaf" this was NOT the location to make that transition any easier. Filthy, smelly and gross looking food. Nothing looked solid OR edible. Seems to be a local fav simply cuz its been there for a while and everyone knows them.

Good was good. But I think its sad. When you laid you 10.00 on counter, then move look at more food, the girl at counter swears she did not take my money. So today my plate costed 20.00 bucks. This was my first and last. Guess the.girl needed my 10.00 more than me.
