It truly upset me to receive such disrespectful service from this establishment. I had family in from out of town and being pizza lovers ourselves, we chose to eat out at this pizza hut for dinner. Even though we entered an hour before they were supposed to close, with guests still dining themselves, the service staff showed that they were more concerned about closing then actually serving their paying customers, even though 5 tables had failed to be cleared off from previous customers and numerous of others were still covered in the remnants of crumbs. Our order was wrong upon arrival, we clearly finished our meal long before they were scheduled to close, but after bringing us our meal, our waitress ceased to exist. With this, our takeout order for other members that could not join us, was failed to be put in when we ordered our regular meal and we had to ask three different individuals for our check, only to receive it silently from our so called waitress. On top of it all, the manager themselves shorted me $6 on change upon paying for our food, resulting in us having to turn around and request the rest of our change. As a waitress myself, it throughly disgusted me to see a manager willing act like they had not made a mistake just so their server would receive a "tip." Typically, I tip over the normal amount seeing as I have been in a waitresses shoes and know the hardships that can come from customer service, but their is no excuse to willingly short a customer change to ensure that a waitress receives a tip. Out of all of the times I have given this restraunt my service, I can sadly say I will not do so again. Other individuals may have better luck than us, but I advise anyone who enters here to be aware of their surrondings so they do not get treated and shorted as we did.

Its a sad day when the military is denied any type of respect in our country. Tonight I witnessed a customer be denied a military discount at this store and it not only made the customer upset but myself as well. The fact that you can not show some type of respect and gratitude to the men and women and the families that serve and give their lives to this country daily in order to protect our country and citizens is unbelievable. I am unsure as to the reasoning behind this decision as I am aware that they have given these discounts before as a friend of mine has received it multiple times. The manager would not even come out to explain the decision. The issue is not about the money I am sure that the discount would not have been a huge savings and would not have cost the store any type of loss, it is all the fact that the respect and gratitude was not given. The least that can be done for the service of our military and their families is to offer a small discount to say thank you. The customer actually paid for the pizza and then left without her food, so that shows that the issue was definitely not money related, just principal! I applaud her on her actions and I agree with her 100%. Shame on you Pizza Hut, get your priorities straight. Give thanks where it is needed. I will not be a customer any longer due to the disrespect shown. God Bless our troops and I thank them for their service!!

Food was good but service was not too good. The waitress started off prompt but first she gave me my sons dr pepper then someone else got us refills and the mixed dr pepper with my diet Pepsi. So we ate the whole pizza before the came back to ask if everything was okay, but it wasnt because the above. They did get us refills then.

Said my card was declined, knowing I had enough to pay. Yet I said I have cash. Sorry we dont take $100s. Very pushy and rude while taking my order. If my order is right at 25 + 2 tip you cant make change for that very sad. Never would I recommend this pizza hut.

Pizza Hut is our go to on busy nights even when money is tight. The thing with Smithville Pizza Hut is the consistency in which they operate. Plus, with frozen pizzas selling in the supermarket for $8, why not have one made to order for a couple dollars more?
