Very disappointed in the service tonight. Arrived @ 10:55 not knowing that they closed at 11. Pressed the button (with car hops walking to other cars) not once but three times. Thinking the button might have been bad I pulled into another station and pressed the button again then once more. The sign on the back of the ordering menu said open till midnight or later. I didnt get out to look at the small writing but honestly walking past and not answering the button knowing that we are sitting there with all the lights on is rude. A simple "Sorry we are closed" would have been so much nicer than to be treated like that. Im very annoyed at the blatant disrespect I received.

I ordered a medium popcorn chicken and tots and a drink. My chicken was so nasty. It was cold and very greesey. But when I called and spoke to the manager he was awesome and replaced my food with no questions asked and gave me a bunch of coupons. He was great.

I overall like sonic, although Ive heard some pretty weird stories from people that work there. A few would make people not want to go back to that place, but I wont go into detail. Sometimes they mess up on orders and drinks, but overall, theyre ok.

On the web site it says it opens at 6 but when I pulled up at 6:01 all the stalls said unavailable I was so sad because I really love sonic but next time Ill go to the one in Manchester th at least they open when it says they open

They actually listened to my order. I get the super sonic breakfast burrito with no meat. They have me extra tots and eggs in its place. Unlike the one in McMinnville.

They dont wear gloves, they lick their fingers and dont wash their hands. Their food is never fresh. The management is terrible. Such a bad place to work

This particular Sonic location needs some good management. While the food is... Ok, it is not nearly as good or as updated as the Sonic in Smithville.
