I was here twice in one week. I believe in second chances. They wont get a third. The young man at the counter was personable, but the kid in the back who actually prepared the order got it wrong, delayed the remake to do some stocking, and then got the remake wrong. Not only was my ice cream order botched, it was met with exasperation because it was altered from the menu. ProTip: Eye-rolling is annoying. I decided not to get any ice cream when we returned. Bad news. The grill order was wrong on several counts and the food was sub-par on top of that. Maybe we had a bad day. Maybe we had two bad days. Or maybe some of the current employees are just collecting a paycheck.

We had a chance to stop here on the way home from the Arling. The guy at the register was great (and pretty good artist). The guy working the ice cream didnt seem to give a rats fanny about customer satisfaction -- in fact, he openly mocked a customer order while I was standing there (the customer saw him, too). I know its fast food, but Dairy Queen has always been different for me -- since it requires skill to deliver a quality product every time. My food and treats were fine, but the open disdain made everything taste a bit bitter.

Products arent made consistently from visit to visit. Chicken strips do not contain much chicken. Gravy is good. Fries were not very hot so they got cold fast but they are good fries when hot.
