From my personal experiences, this place is mediocre at best. While they do have good food, my waitress/waiter has messed up multiple times on my familys order. All of the food ordered came out at different times, and the waitress didnt seem like she was listening to us when we were in the middle of ordering. Some of us were able to eat while most of us were still waiting for food. The waiters at BWW should also pay attention to what people are actually saying while ordering. My younger brother was supposed to get a thing of plain wings. While instead, she gave him a side of potato wedges. At least she took it back, and gave us the actual order. Overall, the restaurant needs to work on its service. That is my only criticism for the place.

Customer Last Attitude!! I have been to many BW3 all over the country and this was by far the worst experience Ive had. Aside from the long waits, my order was short on my wing order. Then when I went to leave I had several items on my receipt that I did not order, but not including my wings. I asked for it to be changed and the waitress got the manager and he accused me of lying and trying to steal from his company. First, I DO NOT LIE and 2nd this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I cant believe a business can be successful by accusing customers of things and trying to over charge an out of towner. Disgrace to a good restaurant!!

Didnt even get to experience the food here because when we walked in it was busy, as expected, especially with March Madness going on. Put my reservation of two down and proceeded to wait in the vestibule due to it being so crowded. 30 minutes later after getting through the door to sit on the bench we noticed others getting seated. I then asked if we had been called and the hostess said they did earlier. Needless to say they need to fix how they call the next party up to be seated because we were unable to sit down and have a nice meal and watch the game.

Great food, excellent service. Went on a weeknight for happy hour with co-workers. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. Food was fast, hot and delicious. Good happy hour drink specials too! Im not sure why our experience varied so much with other recent reviews. Maybe it was the time of day or the server we had. It was my first time at this location and I do not have one negative thing to say about the place!

Worst experience ever, went with my family. The server was horrible very rude and disrespectful we didnt get our food until after 45min she didnt come around to even check up on us. When I confronted the waitress she brought the GM and we were treated unfairly he told us we had to pay the bill I believe it was a race issue. I will tell all my Hispanic friends never to go to this establishment ever again.

Staff was terrible, she was very neglectful and very rarely came to the table unless we called her or asked for something. Refills took forever, food took almost a half hour to come and the order was not right. Then we had to wait another 10 minutes to get it corrected. Most of the servers were sitting at a large table just talking to each other. I will not be returning here.

I used to come here on an almost weekly basis, but Ive since become somewhat disillusioned by Bdubs. Quality of food and service have steadily declined while the prices have gone up at least a little almost every time Ive been recently. Went from being my favorite wings place to somewhat of a hassle. Needs a reversal, definitely.

Loved the chicken taco, but ordered shrimp. Order came 56 minutes after we placed it. My wife got a cheeseburger though she ordered a hamburger and server didnt try to complete anything, never asked if she could get us anything else. Over crowded. Slow service. Bad service tonight. Weve been here before and it wasnt like this.

I love the sauces at Buffalo Wild Wings, but the wings often leave texture and taste to be desired, this bdubs is no different. However, at this location when you ask for extra wet (lots of sauce) they actually put extra sauce on your wings! Way to go guys, I appreciate the customer service!

I come to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Florence frequently, even when they arent busy and every single time I end up waiting an hour or longer on food. Other locations never take that long, only this one. My waitress are always really nice but it is just so slow that I dont want to come back.

Great place to get chicken wings, however today I ordered a fifty-third sandwich (I believe thats the name of it). The sandwich was a bit bland, it was missing something. My son ordered wings and he loved them as always. Our waitress was friendly and had great customer service skills.

Great place for chicken wings - Thai curry and Mango habanero are my favourites. I would suggest everyone to ask for any special sauces that are off the menu. They are always good. Love their strawberry kick coronarita and twisted margarita.

Absolutely love this place. Beer is cold, wings are awesome, and the service is not only welcoming, but seems to want to serve you. Bit loud for some, but overall very comfortable.
