Lets see, my order was wrong, took 6 phone calls before they picked up, and then they hung up on me as soon as I told them my order was wrong, and still wouldnt fix my order... All only on a Tuesday! They were so "busy" but when I picked up my order 2 servers were sitting outside smoking by the door..... LOL. The food is good, when they actually get the order right! I ordered boneless wing and they gave me bone in, I NEVER eat bone in because my wife doesnt like them so we always get boneless. So after we get all the way back to Hamilton(45 minutes away) and we noticed our wings were wrong and the loaded fries werent loaded at all. We called to tell them the order was wrong first we had to call 6 times before they finally picked up... I told them my order was wrong and I get hung up on... So when I FINALLY get them to answer again she said well I will give you a credit for the fries but I dont remember you saying boneless so you can not get a credit for the $14 wings you paid for that wasnt what you wanted...??? (Basically saying I lied about what I ordered, obviously their moto is not the customer is always right) The bar side has some good bar tenders but as far as the food side goes, the customer service SUCKS!

Absolutely absurd. I called in a delivery order for an Italian hoagie, a French fry, and a cheese stick. After being told it would be an hour for my delivery, I decided to call back to let them know Id come pick it up instead. I was put on hold for about 7 mins, all while overhearing a lady workers personal conversation in the background. Then they hung up on me. Then I called back to try and figure it out: busy signal. Drove to the store itself, and theyre marginally busy- but not slammed. Explained what happened to the person at the register, and didnt even get a simple apology. Im very frustrated, and couldnt even get a dialogue with an employee. Very disappointed in the service.

Food was absolutely great! Pizza had great crust, cheese had an A+ in pull factor. Bacon Cheese Fries are to die for. Dining room/bar was quite run down, but Im totally into dive bars so I had no problem. Although it was quite clean for being a dive. Service was a bit unorthodox so unless you are an uptight person you wont have any problems with the staff! They are really good at spotting tourists and asked us immediately if we were from out of town and if weve ever eaten there before. Great place! We loved it. Had to give it a 4 because uptight classy people probably wouldnt feel welcome. But who needs them people anyway! Highly recommend!

Never got a chance to eat. We had made reservations for 30 people. Seating was not reserved for us. So there we are 30 people 15 of them are children under 12 years old and were told sorry we did not save any seats. Just a mere shrug of the shoulders. I cant understand how a business can operate this way. They missed out on a 500 to 600 tab. Our group ended up walking a mile up the road to another sports bar without reservations where we were welcomed and treated professionally. I hope the owner of the Riverside sports bar reads this and sees how his potential customers are treated.

The food i have ordered over all from riverfront has been very good for the price, but you never know if they are actually going to deliver to you. i have on several nights called them over an hour before they close only to be told they are not doing delivery any more, or i have several times had my online order canceled on me for no reason. If i was ordering right at there closing time i would understand, but this last time i ordered 2 hours before they closed only to have it canceled for no reason. untill this is fixed i will not be ordering from RF

My family and I wanted pizza tonight for dinner. What we got was cardboard with dry up toppings . Everything on the two pizzas were dry. Banana peppers, mushrooms , bacon, pepperoni, onion all dry even the cheese . They put very little pizza sauce on it couldnt even tell it was on there. This is not the 1st time it was like this. But looks to be the last time for us. Will NOT be going back for the pizza anymore. Going to stay with pizza Hut or papa Johns even little Caesars pizza is better.

Im just finishing my large Blue Moon draft, which was served ice cold with a nice, big, squeezable orange slice. It has hit the spot... just what the doctor ordered. The very friendly Teisha, who greeted me quickly and with a smile, took my order and had my delicious tuna salad hoagie out in a most timely fashion, and seems genuinely happy to be here. Very refreshing in this business... and I should know, because Im a bartender! Im so glad I found this place, and Ill definitely be back!

So I order from here at least 2 times a week but it is getting worse every time it took 2 hours for a delivery, the pizza was Ice cold and I was told I would receive a credit on my card and never happened called back to day to get it taken care of and the only thing I received was put on Hold for 15 min only to be told there was no credit "in the Book" My advice to everyone else is do not order from here and maybe they will get back to "serving the customer"

At first they say they can deliver to me, then once im about to check out i hear the same guy the lady just asked if they will deliver to me say they dont deliver to the 300 block of my street, but will do it to the street over from me......... Unfortunately i dont have a car and i still offered to walk and meet them to where they do deliver and they hung up on me. I loved your food, now i prolly will never even buy pick up. Your welcome for losing business.

First time ordering from this place. The pizza itself was good, but the customer service was poor. My order wasnt correct. I went over it 3 times with her due to some confusion on her end. It still wasnt correct. She also got the wrong address, but the delivery driver did manage to figure out where to go. Customer service aside, if youre dining in I would imagine this place would be good. Skip the delivery.

Order food Sat 8-19, after a hour I finally got my food was cold and disgusting will never ever again!!!! Try call complain was told could not get a credit... Instead they would replace order well after waiting a hour and had a child to feed, Was not waiting especially after I put the food in oven to warm up so we could try to eat!! Work to hard to throw $ away! Thats what you will do if order from them

Very slow to help cust at bar. 20 people in bar total. Had small child behind bar trying help . most bars be closed over that. Service was awful. Who in there right mind let child behind bar and talk few cust that were there. Disgusted. Excise police really need ✔ this place out. As a bar owner in Indianapolis. Very much appalled. I never have left review before now
