We have been there a several times over the past 6 years because we live in the area, but they are not friendly to everyone, the portions are small compared to the one in Shelbyville and the one in La Grange is even better. They also dont always feature the deals from the commercial or offer all the blizzard flavors or toppings. As for cleanliness they could improve. We dont appreciate the fact that they permit smoking which we thought was banned in all businesses, especially eating establishments. The paper baskets sometimes smell of it, peew! Its a shame because we live so close and would give them more business.

12:15 pm right in the middle of lunch time and fries were cold/stale. Burger was stale too. Tomato on burger was pale and unripe. If you go to this Dairy Queen dont go late at night either. The morning crew are the only ones who seem to be legit. Stick to ice cream and blizzards...its fast food so I didnt expect a whole lot but for $8 a burger should at least be hot and fresh.

Horrible! We had a crew trainer treat us like crap and lie when I talked to a manager about it. I know why the parking lot was empty now. I will never take my family here again.

Slow slow slow slow. This is the alowest fast food restaurant that I have ever been too. I am guessing that they have to slaughter a cow every time they have to make a burger.

The slowest place in the country! Everytime I go if I order a cheeseburger or an ice cream its pull around and wait 20 minutes! Fast Food people....get with the program!
