The pizza hut in albany isnt the best pizza hut by no means. They have teenagers working most of the time, so that means slow service and usually they want to play more than take care of the customers. They have a lot of call in orders, which makes it for a pretty noisy meal, because there restaurant is rather small. The staff will complain to customers for all of their problems. I have had many complain to me as well as heard them complain to many people. They have no fountain beverage service. they have 20oz bottles of pepsi products for $1.39 or 2 liters for $2.19. If you want water you have to buy bottled water. No ice, no free water. Just bottles. So that makes it rather expensive when you are taking a big family out. Most orders are done in the 20 min time frame, but when they are busy, it can take upwards of 45 min. Why do I go there? There pizza is still signature Pizza Hut and its close. Other than that, I wouldnt. Hope this is helpful to someone.

This location has a drive-thru. They do not have a lunch buffet. They dont scrimp on the pizza toppings here. Pizza prepared as ordered but a bit too heavy on the hut favorite crust flavoring. Friendly girls at counter. Forgot to square cut the pizza.

The service takes forever and there never seems to be more than four people working at any time in the entire building. The location is terrible and trying to get in and out is a nightmare. I now try to avoid them like the plague.

UNfriendly counter person. Super Sloooww and had to wait forever for pizza to be cooked. No ice for glasses. Have to order pop by can or two liter. Pizza overcooked, burned. Worst place to eat at. Will NEVER go back.
