The only reason this place has so many good reviews is because either A) the person has never been to another Chipotle or B) they are rating Chipotle in general. This location is awful. Its by far the closest location to me, and I now find myself driving the extra 15 minutes to mall rd to avoid this one. The food is never fresh. I cant tell you how many salads Ive had with rotting, slimy lettuce and chicken that was so old and dry that I couldnt even bite through it. And oh, the stale chips. The quality at this one is just so bad. I even contacted them after not being able to eat another meal after my last visit and never heard a word back. Boooo.

I lived in the area for a very long time, and I like Chipotle. My main problem is the consistency. Sometimes it is made decently, but many times they make the portions small. I have seen burrito bowls made, from one customer to the next, where two servings of rice is used on one order, then a large helping one serving on the next, no special instructions given and the one had more rice. I literally get half the chicken at times others get or its the opposite. They really need a standard serving set up. Other than that it is really tasty.

We used Chipolte for catering our office party and it was FANTASTIC. The food was great, the product name tags we a great touch and the amount provided was spot-on! This is now the second time we have used Chipolte for catering and the biggest complement is that we are making plans to use them again! Thanks for making it so easy and successful. ed!

Not the best location. new management brought new employees that arent cut out for food services or service in general. Some at this location are amazing exceptions, however the rest have to ask several times for what you want and still try to do it wrong. If you want a great Chipotle experience, try a couple miles down the road on Dixie Highway.

I love Chipotle. I know there are Chipotles everywhere, but this one is my favorite. The line is always fast, the inside is always really clean, lots of parking, nice staff (not much turn over), and food is always fresh in stock. There are certain Chipotles I avoid because I swear I always get sick after eating at, but never at the Buttermilk one.

The past two times Ive been to this location, I have received attitude and rudeness from the same employee (older man, second in the assembly line). I figured the first time may have been a unique occurrence but happened again today. Shame, considering I live nearby, but I will not be returning to this location.

06-18-17 @ 3:30 p.m ..This is the worst chipotle I have ever ate at and we have ate at many many different locations as my husband is a truck driver the manager is very rude and unwilling to correct there mistake .. I can not believe how bad I was treated at this location. I will never return here agian ..
