WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! never eat here I walked in a mean young lady came in asking rudely what do you want" I said clearly a table please! she came spilled the water on our table then didnt come for 10 min to get our order! our order came in late food was cold then our server never came to get refills never come here it is very disappointing !! and if you get a girl named crystal please head for the door and head for the hills bc she is clearly not ment for this job!!! try El Tio or monterrys or la fiesta bc cinco is not a 5 its more like a 1 Next!!!

I came here on my anniversary with my husband and this rude LADY came and greeted us rudely! After that I asked for more sweet and low and she pointed out the door and said Sams club I right over there! Then we finally got our food its was so cold that I could practically make it to make a frozen margarita! I was about to pay for my check and I told LUCY that we didnt like her service and she said one less white person their! I will never return and as soon as I left I heard LUCY say pinche maldita! Never come here ever! Try somewhere else because here is to bad!

This place is great, once the food gets on the table it is always on point. Never left hungry and the Margaritas are THE BEST TEXAS ONES EVER!!! I have tried other places, yes the servers might get lost but they have improved so much. Prices are great! Just wish they had Tortas!!! I have been going here for years and they may have ups and down but NEVER have I had weak margaritas or bad food....I have at other Mexican restaurants tho....consistently because Im a believer of second and 3rd chances... Cinco DE Mayo rules in Douglasville!!!!!

First of all, it took a few moments for the staff to even notice we needed to be seated, then the hostess thought we had an available table, only realizing it was dirty. We wait again. Literally took 45 mins to get chicken wings? The entire restaurant appeared to be in chaos. Very disappointing as I love this restaurants recipe for chicken soup, especially when ill. I hope management reads reviews and will make some changes for future patrons. As for my family, we will not be returning for dining in.

Ive been eating at Cinco de Mayo for about 6 years. It is hands down the best place to get tacos (or anything else, really), and a bomb ass drink. The guacamole is always super fresh and flavorful. My favorite is are the grilled shrimp tacos. Super simple and always delicious. The staff are are never less than AMAZING. I bring all of my friends and family here, and they usually end up coming back on their own because they love it too.

This was our 3rd time here and all three times service was really bad. We waited over 30 min for food and the couple with us got there food but my husband and I didnt get ours till after they were finished eating. I said something to the manager and his reply well what do you want me to do about it ! I Will never go there again. To many good places to eat and this is not one of them.

My husband and I went to this place and we were seated by a window that cold air coming through it. We sat at the booth for 20 minutes and no one checked on us to see did we have our order taken. Our order was never taken. The lady that seated us was standing at the bar playing with napkins. Customer service sucks here. I will never go here again.

Very polite staff, very good food, have eaten here 4 times in 4 months and its great every time, Sunday buffet is best deal ever!!! Always get a tea to go because its so good!!! Great food great service GREAT PLACE, decor is not the greatest, thats why its 4/5 and not 5/5.
