I was very surprised with everything about this place. It looks like your normal run of the mill Americanized Mexican restaurant, but its not. Decor is nice with a big stone fireplace in one room and metal sculptures on the walls. Service was decent. Ive found that more "authentic" Mexican restaurants are pretty laid back, but I didnt have any trouble getting service. The big surprise was the food. I ordered Enchiladas Rancheras, and when it came out I thought they had given me the wrong thing. It was a big pile of grilled meat and vegetables that looked like it might have been fajitas. When I dug into it though, I found my enchiladas UNDER the big pile of meat. It was quite a meal for the price and the flavor was great on everything. I love their beans - chunky like homemade, not from a can. So if youre expecting the average, this might not be the place for you, but for a more traditional Mexican restaurant with good service and updated decor, 2 Amigos is worth a try.

Typical decent run of the mill Mexican pretty much sums it up. The margarita was ok. Nothing special, normal marg, and not at all a tequilla tasting one. I got the fajitas as they didnt have anything too outlandishly different. They did have an abundance of different enchilada choices and the likes. The chicken was by far the better choice. It has a great seasoning on it! The steak left much to be desired. Chips and salsa again are just ok. The salsa was decent, the chips were not so hot.

My dealership decided to get food from Dos Amigos today for the Saturday staff. I got maybe 5 bites into my grilled chicken salad before I threw it away. Not good food at all. The chicken was bland. The veggies seemed like they were cooked in canola oil. and the tortilla was stuck to the aluminum take out tray and soggy. Yuck. Glad I didnt pay for this.

Usually go every Friday for lunch. My sister and I share the nachos and order cheese dip for the chips. Its a lot of food for the money. They know us and know our order when we go. Better than most of the other Mexican restaurants in my area. I started ordering water because fountain drinks cost so much but thats everywhere nowadays.

Friendly service, decent food, but they may need to work on naming the items better on their menu. I had the "Hot & Spicy Burrito" which I wouldnt describe as hot or spicy, but it was good. My wife had the "Fajita Quesadilla" which really looked like a burrito not a quesadilla, but she said it was good.

Dos Amigos has really great food (I think that they do excellent enchiladas), but the highlight here are the gargantuan margaritas. A drink intended for normal human consumption would be the small, and make sure you arent driving if you order the large. Super generous portions, good food, highly recommend!

Good food, but dear goodness they had a fire going when it was almost 80 degrees outside. It was so unbearably uncomfortable with the heat that i had to go outside. Also they charge higher prices than the menu shows. That just took the ratinh from a 3 to a 1
