First, I have to say that I loved Chipotle Ive never had any issues until Ive eaten at this one. One day my friend and I ordered burritos for a pick up delivery. We were able to pick them up right away which was good since the line was so long. So we return to work to eat our burritos. When I bite into mine, I felt something hard. At first I thought it was an undercooked bean. I kept chewing and thought what is this? So I decide to take it out. To my luck its a SCREW!! How does a screw get inside a burrito? Was it from a machine? Are they keeping tools close to the cooking area? I dont understand. Thankfully, I found the screw before I could of swallowed it or chipped a tooth. When we called back they just offered to refund the meal and free chips and guacamole... I do not think thats a good responses to this sort of issue. Ive read this happening to other people, so does that mean Chipotle is still not taking the precautions to make sure this doesnt happen? Now I have to check my food before I eat because I dont want to ever encounter this again. So be careful if you eat here you could get screwed!!

Honestly, Ive never had so many problems from a chipotle ever... Every Friday afternoon, or Saturday afternoon, some employees from the Bdubs around the corner come and get food. Today I was rushed... The line wasnt listening to what I was saying, for example, I asked for lite mild on one of my bowls, and the line men definitely put a heaping spoonful of mild, Im sorry, but when I ask for something I certain way I would like for it to be prepared a certain way. So I had no issues with asking him to take some off. Others around me apparently had a problem with that. Needless to say I wont be coming back during that time and if I do and Im not being listened to I will just walk out. This hasnt been the first time this has happened at all. Theres definitely a customer service/hearing problem.....

I ordered a bowl with white rice. The lady literally gave me 1/2 a spoon of rice and I had to ask for more rice and she gave me 1/4 a spoon so I asked nicely for more rice and she gave me yet again 1/4 a spoon. I decided to stop because it wasnt worth the fight. Seemed like she was doing it on purpose to irritate me because she looked at me like I was annoying. As I checked out she whispered something to the cashier and they both started laughing. Kind of felt like I was being made fun of. The chips I ordered were very stale. This location is on my way home from work but Im more than willing to travel extra to VOA for better service and food. Very disappointed. Worst location Ive been to in Cincinnati.

Large takeout orders apparently take priority over in-store customers. An employee entered before me and held the door. This was at 10:50 am and all Chipotles open at 10:45. I saw quite a few catering boxes on the tables (which had not been wiped down). Nice line folks. Sat to eat and a manager/shift manager? felt it important to point out that I had "snuck in and they werent open yet". When I pointed out the time, he said "we have a 35 order". A few folks were trying to get in the locked doors. So apparently when faced with losing customers or bringing in more staff to open this location will not to lock out customers. Glad Im only passing through.

To start off, the one in up by bridgewater falls on Princeton Rd. is much better than this one. They dont put much food/toppings on your burrito and Ive had to hesitate and ask about every time for them to put a little more on but dont charge extra. The thing that made me stop going to this one was when my credit card only was able to use $4.65 put on it took almost 10 minutes for these morons to understand I wanted a refund because I didnt have extra money to pay for the rest of the burrito. Finally they just gave it to me for free because they either couldnt understand what I was saying or didnt know how to take the charge off.

Ran my card when i said pay in store (which it stated on my email confirmation) and told me they couldnt fix it (i had gift cards). Then i waited 20 minutes, 10 minutes longer than my email confirmation stated, longer than the people who walked in after me, only for them to realize that it has been done the whole time and made twice. I could forgive this one, but this sort of thing happens EVERY TIME I go to this location. I love the food, but I cannot deal with the bad service anymore. Im going to avoid this location in the future and I suggest you do the same.

It depends on the staff! I make sure to go when Jose and his crew is working because they sure you are happy. There have been times where the portion has been less than average but I have ran into that problem in some other locations. But overall just tell them more please and they will take care of you. I have witnessed the staff talked down to in which we shouldnt treat anyone unfairly. Get place overall!

Employees are friendly. Flavor has been declining over the last few months. Havent had a good bag of chips in about 5 visits (theyve been unsalted and/or soggy). Decided to take a break from Chipotle, or at least this location. Update: quality still very inconsistent. Ok 3 out of 4 times, but most recently my meat was cold, the chips were stale, and part of my daughters quesadilla was too hard to eat.

My fav Chipotle to go to. They never screw up and web orders are always 15 min. out. This location has always been on point. They previously had issues with long waits when ordering on the app but that no longer happens. The staff is very friendly and always smiling which is not easy to do. A special shoutout to the artwork I get on my to go bag. It makes me smile. Keep up the good work!

9 times out of 10, I have a great experience here, portions are generous, service is quick and friendly. But when they drop the ball, it is bad. A few of the younger employees goof off or would rather gossip than help on the line, leaving long wait lines, and there are plenty of times when I had to tell them more of something bc they serve sparsely.

This is the closest chipotle to the office, and weve been doing group orders for awhile now. This location seems to be getting worse and worse. Today we had a group order and one member didnt even have half the bowl full. Portion sizes are turning to laughable small. This used to be a great location, great portions and fast. No longer the case.

They managed to give us ice cold food - twice in a row. Even after complaining the first time, nothing has changed. Ice cold rice which cooled down the meat and everything else. Tasted like crap and ended up in the dogs bowl. Never had such a bad experience in any other Chipotle. We will no be back, there are enough other options around.
