i am a vegitarian, as soon as i find beef in my food, suddenly their atitude change , felt like i am not wanted there or i came there to eat free, first time going there and i been seated with my other 9 family memebers, i been thank byemployee that not giving tips last two times been there. in his own words, " thank you for tips last two times u been here". MAY BE MY SPANISH IS not that good but i confornted him and i ask for expanation.for the rest of time being there no employees showed up to give us any rifills, i am from California and being with so many nice mexican peoples, this makes look bad , and employee had no respect to say that in fornt of my family. by the way i do tip 15% as every one does. Being so nice i did tiped and i did ask for manager, but as i suspected no one showed up. My adivse is tip before you eat your food there.

Extremely slow service! We sat for ten minutes before even getting our order taken. When our food came out, half of it was not even the correct order. The server ran away so fast we didnt even have time to tell him it was wrong. The only way we got the correct order was when another server was standing in the middle of the restaurant completely lost with it. No apologies were given. Both orders were sent back, dry and incorrect. As Im writing this, weve been finished with our dinners for 15 minutes and still havent seen our server to get our checks. Dont waste your time or money here.

My wife and I ate there on 12-20-09. During my meal I went to the restroom turned on the light and I kid you not I seen no less than 10 roaches scatter as the light came on. Since I only had to pee I stood at the urinal and was disgusted by the amount of boogers wiped on the wall in front of me. The floor looked as if its never been mopped. I went back to my table told my wife asked for our check and left. If the restroom looks that bad what do you think the food prep area looks like??? STAY AWAY!!!! I filles a written complaint with the Butler County Ohio Health Department.

Ive been accused of being a food snob and for good reason! I know good food when I taste it. Having lived in a major metropolitan area before moving to Oxford, OH, and having eaten at some of the best Mexican restuarants around, I can write with all seriousness that this restaurant is one of the best Ive been to (maybe I write this because options for good Mexican in Oxford are nonexistent). Im a vegetarian and enjoyed seeing more than one veg option on the menu. Personally, Im a fan of the vegetarian nachos and fajitas. Both are excellent and well worth the price!

This is my all time favorite Mexican restaurant in the area! The Queso is great and I highly recommend you order some. The Hot salsa is much better than the mild and its really not hot its more like a fresher mild - not sure why they call it hot but, thats the better of the two to order. The food is ALWAYS great, made right, tastes excellent and served fast. The prices are very reasonable. The drinks are priced really great and you can get a huge margarita! I really recommend this place if you like Mexican food!

Ive eaten at many of the Acapulco locations in SE Indiana and Ohio. Ive never had a bad experience. Their margaritas are the best around (especially the larger they get.) I get the burrito California. It is massive and my joke is that if it flies, swims, or walks it is in that burrito. Other favorites of mine include the quesadilla de espinacas, the burrito loco, and the beans and rice. Unlimited chips and salsa is great and the salsa is fresh and delicious.

This is was experience at this restaurant - In my opinion, the service was terrible, and the food was mediocre at best. The real whammy! was that my $1 tip turned into a $6 when it posted in my bank account. So be careful, they may do this again, make sure you get a receipt back that shows a tip amount!, I had to file a claim with my bank account. I will never in my lifetime, return to this restaurant. I feel wronged by it all.

Acapulco is absolutely my favorite Mexican restaurant on the planet. My family and I have going there at least once a week for years. The service is fantastic, the orders come out fast, the price is easy on our family budget, and the food is amazing! I highly recommend Acapulco for your next South-of-the-Border experience.

Great Mexican food and an extremely friendly and speedy staff. Youll have barely sat down when somebody comes almost running to your table to deliver your chips and salsa. My go-tos are the Burrito Supreme and Burrito Loco. They also have a very tasty queso for the chips available.

The food is to die for! And the alcohol is cheep for how much you get. 32 oz beer is around 5 dollars maybe a little more. They have the best cheese sauce out all the other Mexican restaurants. The quesadilla de feijtias are simply amazing. By far my favorite Mexican reaturant!!!!

This is the best of the American Mexican joints in the greater Cincinnati area in my opinion. Very solid. Awesome chips and salsa with plenty of cilantro, onion and garlic. Have always had good service here. Menu is pretty diverse with a few authentic Mexican dishes.

We got to sit wherever we wanted which was nice. Menu was very big. Food came very fast. BUT the staff wasnt very polite, food tasted bland, and it took forever to get our check. Oh and neither of us are able to get refills. Good thing i ordered water also.

It was seat yourself. My husband, son and I sat down and got chips and salsa right away. Then we sat there for 30 minutes without someone even coming to get a drink order. Worst service ever. There was at least 5 servers and no excuse for such terrible service.

Good service. The same people have been working there for many many years. The food is superb and they have the best salsa. The prices are very reasonable. They are busy on weekends but always have available seating. My favorite spot for Mexican food.

Even if its packed, dont worry, youll get seated soon. In 20 years I havent waited more than an average of 1 minute. Excellent food. Took 1 star away when the cashier hit on my friend. Wasnt my gf, but he didnt know that.

Food is always delicious! Not stingy with the tequila in the margaritas, hahaha! Every now and then well go and we have to wait a while before our order is taken but other than that, one of my favorite restaurants.

Good Americanized tex-mex food, but pretty similar to all those other tex-mex restaurants. I think their fish tacos are better than some other places. A lot of people really like their salsa.
