Went in to order two people at counter looked at us then went back to talking and putting toys in kids meal bags. The manager and another employee were talking about inappropriate things at the drive thru window, and there was a couple more people in back. Took over 10 minutes to give order after staring at the employees for almost 5 minutes. The guy taking our order kept walking way stating he would not touch the register wile the manager was still at the drive thru area and the second employee that was up front cussed and carried on refusing to help. It took over 30 minutes to get our food after the employees staring at us and the manager did not speak to us but yelled from up front if anyone even bothered to make our order. He refused to give us a refund so we could leave but did make our food finally. He told my husband sorry then walked away again. We even overheard one employee get asked if she bothered to wash her hands after going to the bathroom and she said "why we wear gloves?" Place is always dirty and the employees are always rude. DO NOT GO THERE!

This is a good store mostly as Taco Bell is concerned, but chain wide its totally OBVIOUS that they care more about moving cars through the drive-thru like a production line than food quality or even if the orders right. If the chain would emphasize quality over speed, wed have a winner; but its about quantity at Taco Bell, not quality or consistency. Blame the management above the store - as for the locals employees here, theyll fix it and make sure its right. You are better off avoiding drive-thrus at Taco Bell if you want a chance at quality.

Other reviews here are complaining about 10 minute waits... I literally was in this drive thru for 50 minutes one time last year! FIFTY MINUTES! Anything over 25 minutes and its more like being trapped than it is waiting... You cant pull away from that drive thru because of the concrete on the sides! what if there was a medical emergency, etc.? I was stuck. I could have sat down at a fancy restaurant on a Saturday night and got faster service than that! The worst part is, its not much better right now than it was then...

Horrible service here. My order couldnt get any easier for lunch. Meat and cheese only, yet somehow always other stuff. For breakfast nothing special just the crunchwrap with sausage, but for some reason thats hard to get right. My receipt is correct, and the managers act like you have all the time in the world to bring back what they messed up. Not to mention, if youre ordering from the menu past 9pm be prepared to be told no we were told by the general manager we cant make that, four hours before closing.

Consistently bad experiences. Waited over 10 minutes in drive-thru, didnt get any napkins, wasnt asked if I wanted any sauces, didnt get a receipt, the Diet Mt. Dew had no syrup so it was 90% soda water. When I asked "how are you" the lady at the window replied "Im tired cant wait to go home". Who runs this place? I cant even call the hotline because I didnt get a receipt! Managers need to step it up here, or regional managers need to see what a poor job existing managers are doing.

Cashier was not very nice and not mean just did not have great customer communication skills. I did feel its was embarrassing to have her repeat myself more than twice she not understand what I was saying and tells me the price on the board was wrong the food is cold and Im probably not coming back during the evening shift anymore so I guess that means I wont be coming at all. My Wife and Kids deserve better then a cold dinner from a guy that works during the day.

As of writing this Im sitting in the drive thru, going on a little over 20 minutes. They must be slaughtering the cow to make my beef quesarito. This is the first time ever at a drive thru, that people have have literally exited their vehicle to grab beers because the wait was so long. This is not a joke either. That actually happened. Never again.

Rude cashier, repeated my order three times because she couldnt get it right, then she got an attitude and said "well you said it wrong". Umm no, she just wasnt competent. AND I was charged wrong. Ill be contacting corporate. Taking orders at Taco Bell isnt rocket science. Well, at least it shouldnt be!

Worst Taco Bell in the area and unfortunately its the only one close! Its constantly a problem here. Anything from them being out of items, giving you the WRONG item, not receiving the mobile orders, etc. I have been coming here for about 10 years and its just been getting worse over time, not better!

If you show up with in the last hour they are open they are out of the most basic of taco supplies such as lettuce and some of the wraps. Had to change my order 3 times due to lack of items to make food. Would have been easier if they just told me what they could give me instead of what I would like.

This place tries...they really do, but our order is never right. Today it was only our straws they forgot, but usually its a food order that is wrong. The place is remodeled and appears very clean.

Worst Taco Bell ever got my food with a hole in the bag like they pours sauce in the bottom of it and then the quesadillas were supposed to be double steak I counts 6 pieces on 2 whole quesadillas

Dont come close to 10pm, you will be waiting for 30+ minutes. I feel bad because they have to be understaffed which is a management thing. But seriously....such a long wait. They are nice though.

Bless their hearts; but theyre constantly under-staffed and I constantly have to wait 20-30 minutes for a simple order. Not the employees fault, but consistently a negative experience.

Sometimes they dont have meat, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, taco shells, tortillas, or anything else required to make a taco, but when they do, AWWWWW SHIT, SON!!!
