the food here is deliscious and the service is not all that bad either . i guess the reason why they had such a bad review maybe the people who complain is the one who have too much high expectation. the day now when people order food insisting speaking through speaker on the mobile device and misunderstanding prone to happen. this is a take out place and for all of you want 5 star service then this place is not comparable. is chinese take out place and is a very fast pace restaurant. so i think what people should do is" place the order fast and get the order fast and by getting on the phone not knowing what you want and being on the speaker phone does not help to expedite your order>They are in business making money and I dont think that they are that bad;. I ate there all the time for lunch because its near my work and i dont think you will get better service at any other fast food places. I guess people just like to complaint about every little think since we all have a option giving review for the world to view. understanding and patient is the key/ and please dont treat them like crap just because you thinking that you may spend few dollars in there i love their spicy la la chicken and for shushi boston roll is fry and theres other good dishes that you can check it out on line when i order delivery at night because not wanting to cook i will call them just to ask question very quick and check the menu before i call / because they can get very busy sometimes""""""""""""".

Gyro What?? Before I began my review let me preface my review by saying that I will literally eat almost any garbage and enjoy it. For example, I once stored big macs in the back seat of my car and ate them periodically through a 2 week period during the Spring AND I ENJOYED THEM! HOWEVER, Gyro Teriyaki is something beyond my stomach. When I opened my food, it looked absolutely disgusting. It looked as if the chicken was growing some kind of mold. Both the chicken and rice smelled like chemicals and rat poisoning. I took two bites, and threw the food away. IM A BROKE GRADUATE STUDENT RIGHT NOW! The other interesting thing is that 20 minutes after eating the two bites, i got a little sick. I only picked this place because the menu is constantly delivered to my building, which is gated with on duty security, by the way, I wonder how they ever got in??!! For a "Chinese" restaurant that serves Greek, Japanese, and what have you, Gyro Teriyaki is one of the worst places Ive ever tried in my life. Ive eaten from many bad restaurants, but this is on a whole new level of disgusting with HORRIBLE service to boot! The man who picked up the phone had no manners whatsoever!

The food was not bad. I liked it. I ordered a few hours ago and the delivery took 1 hour. The guy on the phone did inform me of the wait ahead of time. They only sell white rice and do not sell brown rice. My issue is why was the amount I was charged not the same as what the guy told me on the phone. I ordered spring rolls $2.90 and spicy garlic egg plant $8.95 and gave $1 tip on my credit card. He told me my order was $14.75 and my total was $17.75?? Please, Please, Please... the first rule of good business is to be accurate. The price on my receipt should ALWAYS match the price you tell me over the phone. No exceptions. And it was the end of the night so its not like I could complain to the manager because they were already closed for the evening. Update: They never followed up.

Never again. We ordered 1 chicken grilled chicken gyro, 1 beef gyro, chicken teriyaki, sesame chicken, 1 egg roll and 2 spring rolls. This was our first order after receiving a menu on our front door. Were new to the area and figured wed try it carry-out. It was not worth the $30 we paid. The "grilled" chicken on the gyro was breaded, spring rolls were just plain nasty, Im going to attempt to recook the chicken teriyaki to see if it can be salvaged. It seems undercooked and not very flavorful. The beef gyro comes with teriyaki sauce and was ok. The sesame chicken was the best out of everything and still wasnt that great. The service was bad from start to finish. Rude over the phone, at the restaurant pick-up and in the parking lot.

I cant say Ive had the extremes of the reviews here, but overall the food was somewhat bland and the rice overcooked, but it was not worth the price. Overall I would eat here again based on the food if it were a little cheaper but considering that this place will go as far to change its name to Gyro and Teriyaki and have the review (san moung thai) who seems to be a little too angry that this might lose money from these reviews considering hes a "customer" seems that this place is doing whatever it takes to suck people in here except fixing the problem. Also, this place has a nasty little habit of siding menus under peoples doors to the point where they enter peoples homes; every direct marketing if you ask me.

Whoever said they didnt even deserve one star is absolutely RIGHT!! Terrible service and the owner is very aware, thats who I actually spoke with. The food was terrible! Also he would not work with me at all and said to go ahead and dispute it because he would not give me a refund. Will NEVER order there again and will be throwing away all menus the owner delivered his self to our office.I should have read the review before ordering. Ill Make sure to get rid of all the menus so no ones has to deal with that kind of service. Usually I read reviews before anything but wont make that mistake again either. FYI this is my First review ever, so that should tell you something.

I just ordered (first time) delivery and received a FLY in my Miso Soup!!! I called them back and they sent me a so called "fresh" soup replacement after 1 hour with the same arrogant delivery guy (whom I had given a hefty tip a short while ago). Even though I showed him the fly in the soup he annoyed me so much, I decided to call back and complain about the service; it all went to deaf ears. After all the complaining the best I could get from them was the three dollars that I paid for the "Fly in my soup!" This place should be thoroughly inspected by authorities, especially after going by the other reviews, it seems Im not the only one concerned.

I was not impressed by the food or the employees. I saw several employees eating while preparing food. One employee even dipped his food in to a container of tahini sauce on the prep table. The employee who rang me up was unfriendly and rude. I ordered a beef with cashew nuts dinner special and crab rangoons. In addition to the portion being small, there were NO cashews in this dish. This is just a stab in the dark, but maybe the employees ate them all. Overall, I found this entree bland an uninspired. The crab rangoons were not terrible, but I was surprised by the pieces of onion I found in them.
