My wife and I stopped at this restaurant on our way to Nashville on Thursday, August 28th. We both ordered the Parmesan Chicken Pasta and the salad bar. The salad bar wasnt bad, even though the cucumbers and the mushrooms looked like they had been out for quite some time. The Parmesan Chicken Pasta was another matter. We were both still finishing our salads when it came out, and the first thing we both noticed was that the portion of chicken seemed rather small for the price of the entree. I had all I could do to cut my piece of chicken; it was hard, dry, and gave every impression of having been cooked some time ago. The penne pasta was also dry, stuck together and under-cooked. It gave every indication of also having been prepared much earlier than when it was served. My wife opted not to even "disturb" her plate and we sent them both back, deciding to simply add a soup to our salad rather than select another entree. A few minutes later the manager of the restaurant came to our table and asked what we didnt like about the meal. When we told her, she became indignant and noticeably "put-off" . . . vigorously defending the preparation of our entrees. We smiled politely and said we would rather just have the soup so we could get back on the road. We ate our soup, left the waiter a generous tip, and went on our way. My wife and I have decided that we are not likely to visit another Ruby Tuesday.

My 5 year grandson and I went there to get an entree and couldnt wait to indulge on the salad bar. I walked in and was about to be seated and took a look at the salad bar and was mortified!!! Literally!!! I could not even fathom the thought of myself or my grandson eating what was suppose to be a salad bar!! That was my first time there and sorrowful enough it will be my last!!! Come on Ruby Tuesday, its the first thing patrons see. I immediately turned and walked out. If I would have taken a picture the CEO, VP or whom ever would have fired the entire staff!!!

Sunday night about 830pm. Me, husband, two kids and 1-1/2 yrs old grandson. The guy who greeted us asked us to give him a minute but it seemed like ten minutes. Husband ready to leave but we stuck it out. Husband order both the Salmon and Tilapia I think it was. It was absolutely perfect. It made me wanna just eat fish from now on. Our waiter was all smiles, upbeat, and he did a fantastic job. Sometimes first impressions are not the full package. Props to the Chef.

We live over 2 hours away & usually go to the one closer to home. But after our experience here, we said its worth the drive to be satisfied & leave stuffed! I have a lot of food allergies & our waitress let me fix my own salad from the bar since the packaged side salads had cucumbers in them. She was VERY attentive & kept our glasses full. We will definitely be driving back up from Tennessee to this one! The food was amazing!

Stopped at Ruby Tuesday for dinner after checking into our hotel. We both ordered the peppercorn sirlion, rice and salad bar. I asked for well done, and when it came out it was barely medium. Sent it back to the kitchen and it came out again still pink. Then found a long brown hair in the middle of my rice pilaf. The manager was polite and handled the situation well, but we wont be back.

I wish I could remember our servers name, but she was really wonderful. We had a few weird requests and she was more than happy to accommodate, was very friendly and fast. The one time she took just a bit longer than before she apologized a bunch, but it wasnt even a long wait! She was probably the best waitress Ive ever had, were from out of town or Id definitely be coming back :)

I frequently go to Ruby Tuesday for dinner. The Bourbon chicken is the best! Service here really depends on who you get. Trust me weve had some crappy waiters... The bathrooms always stink to high heavens. The hold your nose kindve stink. The restaurant is in desperate need of a update, mainly in the bathroom areas.

I tried their new Crispy Chicken Macaroni lunch and while the food was okay, it definitely wasnt worth the price, even at lunch. Also, the salad looked really sad because the iceberg lettuce had no color and consisted almost entirely of the part of the leaf closest to the stem.

Had a wonderful lunch with my roommate on Saturday, definitely worth the money. Our waitress took back my steak because it was overcooked, without me even having to ask her too. She took really good care of us. If you get the chance, try the Ruby Relaxer, its phenomenal!!!

First time here. The food isnt too bad. Reminds me of TGIF. The server was good enough. She was obviously worn out from working her self to death. The steak was good and the broccoli was good. My zucchini was greasy and over cooked, but was OK. Ill come back.

I enjoy the atmosphere the waitress is always nice and the salad bar is always green and full the only reason I cannot give it a5 star is I wish they had more cheese and different types of leafy greens on the bar but spinach is my best

$9.99 salad bar failed to impress. Waitress was annoying, dropping the check and then asking 3 times if we were ready for her to take it while we were obviously still eating but couldnt bring a single drink refill without prompting.

Healthy options, great salad bar (recently updated, lots of GREAT salad options), good service. Usually handle food requests/dietary restrictions well. Lots of booths for groups of 4 or fewer, accommodate larger groups at the tables.

A bit pricey compared to some similar places Ive been, but my steak was rare like I asked (which is more than I can say for most places), the grilled zucchini was good, and the salad bar was good as expected. Service was excellent.

Im eating here as I type this. My wifes Shirley temple is the worst weve ever had. The waiter brought our 3 tiny biscuits on a plate that are burnt and hard as a rock. Realllllly hope the entree is better.....

Very friendly people and great service. Loved the burger, but not the seasoned fries. Had a lovely lunch with my mom and son on eclipse day. Oh and nothing tops the wild berry lemonade, just fantastic.

Went with a bigger group, we were kinda forgot about all together. Staff was fooling around with eachother and getting a little touchy in front of people. Cold feeling. Probably wont go back.

Service was great. Server kept our table cleared off, major plus for me since I hate crowded tables, and she was very sweet. But I still havent gotten my food. ..and its been awhile.
