Manpuku Restaurant

If you are a Japanese food lover, you definitely need to check this place out. I have been there tons of time and never disappointed. They have a huge selection of most Japanese dishes you can name. My favorist ones are House Special Udon, Cow on Cow, Seafood Tempura and Manpuku Seafood Compo. For sushi, they have all combination you can think of, from cooked rolls (for beginner) to raw rolls and Sashimi (for Sushi Lovers like me :)). Whatever level you are, you should try those two rolls: Funky Ocean Roll and Full of Happiness #2. I just love it, even addicted. By the way, they currently have $5.50 Hibachi Lunch Special which come with fried rice, chicken or pork, mixed vegetable, yummy sauce and bowl of soup. That is the cheapest price for a great value meal in this town. I wish I can afford to eat there everyday. I just love it love it. I love MANPUKU !!!!!!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with my sushi from Manpuku. I ordered for lunch delivery the Tennessee Roll and it was quite tasty. I would recommend this roll to anyone. I would have liked chopsticks instead of a fork, but thats a personal preference. They have an extensive sushi menu on their website. My only hang up was that it took over an hour for my delivery. I will say that I ordered during their lunch time, so I wasnt overly upset, but if ordering lunch I would be mindful of the time in the future. Other than that, I had a good experience and would recommend this restaurant in the future.

This is the worst restaurant Ive ever been to. The service was terrible and the portion size with tiny. They are even stingy with their sauces. Waited over an hour for our food. There were only 4 tables with people, including us. With all got the special which should have taken no time (rice, sautéed chicken with potatoes, and carrots). We waited another 15 minutes to pay. We couldnt get our check until we stood at the desk for 10 min. It took 5 min to ring us up. I will never go here again. If 2 waiters and 2 cooks cant handle 4 tables this place should close...

Will never return smh....owner how you expect a party of four not to eat together? Thats rude! One person is eating there 3 is watching? Then next two orders comes to table and the forth person is watching every one else eat, we all came in to eat together. I can see if you where busy but you wasnt and not to say the food smh omg........I would not recommend your restaurant to no one.......out of town customers

I would never eat here or order delivery!Just waited 1 hour and 50 mins on a delivery and I live a mile away and when the stuff finally got here its all cold and gross! Plus it was 30 dollars for sushi and some rice with 4 burnt ass dumplings that have been fried to a crisp those arent dumplings. Ive eaten In house befor and it was also mediocre at best. Not worth your money anytime!!

Read reviews thats why we came here n it wasnt very good, waitress was very apologetic about the slow service when there were only a few people in the restaurant. Rice wasnt authentic Japanese, egg roll came with store bought packet sauce. Should habe onow after that, that the rest wasnt going to be good

We were apprehensive because of some of the reviews online, but we were pleasantly surprised. It was great service, great food and lots of selections. The list of sushi was extensive! Loved the clean staging and atmosphere of the restaurant! Was a great find in Bowling Green!

We had a group of 20 for our after graduation dinner at Manpuku. The service was terrific. The food was great as always. They baked a special cake for the event. And even took digital pictures during the dinner and emailed them to me. I highly recommend Manpuku.

A long wait for a sorry excuse for sushi. Will never return. Found one piece of eel on a roll from the eel menu. Unsure of other ingredients. Definitely not fresh. Grocery store sushi would put this to shame.

It was very clean. Excellent service. The house special udon was delicious. Just one problem the shrimp in the soup was not deveined!!! Gag! In a $10 bowl of soup you expect top ingredients... not shrimp poop.

The volcano roll was frozen in the middle with a hot drizzle over the top. I can only describe it and the second roll as "mushy. " I will not make this a regular place.
