My wife and I were interested in a nice venue for a Valentines dinner. We have visited previously with all good experiences. Tonight was a testament to very poor management of both the kitchen and dining room. My wife ordered the special, Prime New York Strip with caviar? glaze. This was the most repulsive steak she had ever "attempted" to eat, i.e. gristle, excessive fat ,overcooked , etc. We returned the meal as extremely subpar. My wife ordered the short ribs, as I had eaten and enjoyed. It takes 35 minutes to get the replacement meal which we asked to go. The manager "Cathy" never voiced her concern or regret for the poor meal. Moreover, she gives us a bill with the returned meal still on the check! Im sorry, there is no excuse for this level of indifference, unless you really dont care about your patrons.

Terrific menu with very unique offerings. This is the local pub wed been wanting for years, and we are so glad to have them in the hood! My favorite go-to items are their Bangers and Mash (tip: add a little mustard on the side and dip into it a little with each bite...youll be surprised at how good it is), and their Fish and Chips. Everything is good at this place!

What a wonderful break from the choke and puke food chains of Bowling Green. Novo has a great atmosphere and thier food is out of this world. You wont be disappointed unless you have no palate for "real" food.

Great food. I like this place as it has offerings other places in BG do not. The fried calamari and poutine are great apps. As well as the sriracha wings. I also love the chicken asiago sandwich.
