First of all, nobody threw any ninja stars at my dome . I prefer a scab-free eyeball. This is one of my favorite places to practice drinking and practice fooding. They have the greatest staff, so you wont get staff infection. One of the employees - we will call her "Pristine, is always in pristine condition when it comes to navigating happiness to the Main Street gangstas . The menu isnt huge, but any.single.thing you try is super dooper in the pooper. The pizza is awesome. The knots are awesome . My favorite item may be the ham & cheese sandwich. Its a perfect size place . Not huge, but most importantly- inviting . They have open Mike on Tuesdays. Ive never met Mike though. Wednesdays are trivia night, and you can win trips to moon or even a cheese forest, with a chance to meet Forrest Whitaker. I love when he winks at me .

I love Professor Joes. We come in there regularly because the food is amazing. But let me tell you, lately it hasnt been so good. The bartender, Alvaro has literally given us the worst service imaginable that it makes us want to swear off the joint altogether. How on earth does it take to get us 2 glasses of water in 15 minutes? Youre too busy socializing and drinking with patrons behind the bar instead of tending to other paying customers who are sitting there waiting for service. When we wanted our bill and a to-go box, we waited almost 20 minutes until I had to walk up to the bar to get it myself. Such a bummer that 1 person can conduct an experience at a place, but its the truth of the matter. Edit: changed my review to be what it actually should be now that the cancer of Professor Joes is gone. Great food!

One of the better pizzas Ive had in Lafayette, though still not the best Ive ever had. This is the only pizza place Ive been to in town where there was actually enough cheese on the pie to hold down the toppings. As Ive only been there for a few brews and slices while I watch a football game, Ive not had a chance to get my "normal" pizza and compare it with the others Ive had, but they have always been accommodating to me when I asked for a slice of something other than what was currently available. Service there is stellar and the staff cares about their customers. Ill definitely be going back there.

Went there during a Lafayette festival, loved the atmosphere and the food. They were very busy but the service didnt slack, the owner came out to double check that his servers had full support not something you see from owners/ managers ever definitely going back!!

Been going to Joes since they opened. Some of the best pizza in town. Rotating beer selection is nice as well. Service has always been my biggest issue here. Inattentive wait staff or just focusing on their friends sitting at the bar while you are waiting to order.

The pizza is okay, but I definitely wouldnt say its Lafayettes best. Similar to Pizza Hut in my opinion. It was also oddly made, as my half sides were on opposite sides even though I ordered the halves on the same side. The twisties were really good.

Does not compare to Giordanos pizza in Chicago, but that is not what this place is about. Its a sports pub. So it gets 5 stars from me. Food was fresh. Tasted great. Service was good. Beer was cold. That is all I can ask from a sports pub.

I come in almost every week to try the weekly pizza and check out open mic Tuesdays. Never disappointed. Brought some friends from Baltimore for lunch recently and they loved it. Best pizza for the price in Lafayette.

Long thin split level bar makes for a cozy and classic bar feel, old music is great, many TVs take away from the otherwise incredible space. Local beer on tap! Bar hosted the Democratic debates so 5 star certainly!
