We have eaten here several times. The food is okay....Golden Coral is better! On our last visit we arrived at 8:15. Since you pay before you eat we didnt see the buffet until after we payed and found a table. At 8:15 half of the food was out and the restaurant was still full of customers, a lot of which just had paid to eat, like us. They never replaced any of that food and the rest was quickly cleaned out as well! Many of us were just beginning our meal and there were only a few vegetables and NO meat and NO desserts and NO bread!!! We just left since there was nothing to eat. On our way out, we complained to the staff and were told that they quit putting out food at 8:30 but that they make sure the bar is full then. NOT TRUE!!!!! When we told them that we wouldnt have eaten there if we had known this .... that they should let you know this when you pay, we were told "We are not allowed to tell you until after 8:30 and you got here at 8:15. No apology, no refund or discount of any kind, nothing!!! BAD MANAGEMENT!!! We will not be eating here again!!! Besides, as I said Golden Coral is better anyway!

After hearing how good the food was at the place in Newnan and reading the reviews on here, decided to take a few friends with me to try it out. the inside was great looking and the staff good. I was very disappointed in the food. Some of the chicken looked like it had been out for hours, and was cold, when it should have been hot. The friend green tomatoes were like rubber and very greasy and no flavor. I agree with another person who reviewed, some of the veggies tasted canned. I felt like I was at a assisted living place, there was almost no seasoning on the food. I went back a second time with friends again and same thing. I questioned the waitress about the food, she said they really didnt season things for the older people. Well I will not be returning there, even my friends both times felt the same. I recommend you save your money. This is the 1st place in my area that I have given a bad review to and just had to let readers know.

Awful customer service and so-so food... Im hopeful that someone forgot their name tag and the assistant manager let her borrow theirs because... Wow, just flat out rude, not acknowledging ppl when they walk in, having this go ***** yourself look on her face, continuing to discuss scheduling with an employee rather than helping customers standing in front of her, saying "let me get you out of the way" so she could accommodate a larger crowd (and by accommodate I mean scowl and argue and continue to avoid looking at anyone but the desk in front of her)... Just so rude. I said please and thank you and maam like a polite person and got no repose from her other than when she gave me the total of the order, which sounded like "six fifty-eight". Ridiculous and the canned food isnt worth the rudeness.

Stopped while riding (motorcycle), place can be busy, holds about 60 or maybe 25 tables, Sunday after 4pm its doable. Costs me 7.50 for the buffet and a drink. VERY good price, all you can eat, all the typical southern foods, fried and roasted chicken, beans, etc, etc. Food is pretty good, especially for the price. Tables were very clean, didnt see the bathrooms but if it was like the rest of the place, it should be clean. Open Sundays. I liked the chicken and country fried steak and gravy. Desert was good too. If Im touring on the cycle through there or with my kids I would probably stop there again. I tried almost all foods and found nothing I thought was prepared poorly and yes the fried tomatoes were pretty good.

After going the the location in Montgomery, Al which was absolutely superb. I was so excited to learn there was one in Lagrange, GA. So much closer to Columbus where I live. Well I decided to take my family, no more that a 45min. Drive. Well, to put it plainly the location in Lagrange, GA is horrible!!!!!! The only thing pleasant about this location was my server who fixed our drinks. Everything else from the front counter cashier to the food was very bad. The selection was no where near the same quality as in Montgomery. The chicken was dry, both baked and fried. The yeast rolls were hard and the sweet potatoes looked like slop. This place needs a complete overhaul. 40dollars wasted! Smh!

We visited the new Newnan store. Wed heard how wonderful the food was so we decided to give it our "Robert Irvine" test.(family joke) The food for the most part was good, however the veggies on the steam table lacked proper seasoning. The green beans were canned and just put out with no "tweaking" to make them better. The creamed potatoes tasted suspicously like instant and the fried chicken needed more seasoning in the batter. The food was hot when it should have been and cold when it should have been. The desserts were great and the fruits cut in bite size pieces. Over all we gave it a 7 out of 10. Our scale. Would we go back? Not likely. But we wouldnt tell anyone else not to go.

The food was above average for a buffet and the waitstaff attentive. The price is reasonable but maybe a bit on the high end, but the food is more than tasty enough for you to want to get your moneys worth. Senior and child discounts are offered.

We have visited the newer Newnan location but this one has much better food and service (and cleaner). It may not look fancy, but you definitely get the small-town feel and charm right away. The corn bread is amazing. Cant go wrong here.

I dont usually do buffet style restaurants, but we tried this place after church. Pretty good. I really enjoyed the fried tomatoes and the peach cobbler. I didnt eat any meat, so I cant comment on that. The other side dishes were okay.

This applies to the NEWNAN location: The food is well above a standard buffet or country cooking restaurant. The service was prompt and friendly. The buffet was kept clean and promptly stocked, and had a good variety of options.

We usually eat there at lunch on Saturday or Sunday. It has always been good. We ate there once on a Friday and had the fish and it was excellent! Cant beat the price and the senior discount.

Food is always on point love the green beans the caserole was not as good as usual but other than that it was well enjoyed.
